C. PREPARATION

1. Place the folded Aquatec

Beluga on a table.

2. Remove the battery.

D. DISMANTLING

1. Release the actuator tube from the spindle catch.

2. Remove the bow from the backrest by pressing its legs and fold up the actuator.

from serial no. 900732

1. Remove the bow from the backrest by tilting and pulling upwards.

2. Release the actuator tube from the spindle catch and fold up the actuator.

3. Loosen the screws of the electronic casing lid and carefully remove the lid and the

gasket.

4. Remove the plugs from the circuit board with the pliers

2x for the battery, 2x for the motor, 1x for the hand control

and remove the circuit board.

E. ASSEMBLY

1. Attach the plugs for battery, motor and hand control to the respective connectors

on the new circuit board.

2. Fit the cable sockets of hand control and motor cable correctly in the respective

grooves.

3. Place the battery in the guiding rail at the back and push the buttons of the hand

control to check proper function of the bathlift.

4. Replace the gasket carefully and close the electronic casing with the lid.

5. Tighten the screws of the lid. Take care not to strip them!

6. Fold the actuator back again. Make sure that the spring plate is in the right position.

7. Attach the bow again to the backrest.

8. Finally check again if the black gasket of the electronic casing is in its correct

position.
