yourworkout,useadryclothtocleanthesurfaceoftheelectronicspackage.
NEVERPOURLIQUIDSONTHEELECTRONICSPACKAGE.
Tocleantheplasticparts,usemilddetergentandmakesuretheunitiscompletely
drybeforeoperating.Itisrecommendedthatyoukeepallliquidsawayfromtheunit
duringoperation.Spillageofliquidsontoorintothemachinewillvoidthewarranty.
Thedurationofyourexercisesessionisdependentonyourfitnesslevel.Ingeneral,
itisrecommendedthatyoumaintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzoneforatleast
10minutestorealizeanaerobicbenefit.Asyourfitnesslevelinproves,youwillbe
abletomaintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzoneforlongerperiods.
Whenstartingyourworkout,usethefirstseveralminutestowarmup,andthen
slowlyincreaseyourworkloadtobringyourheartrateintoyourdesiredtrainingzone.
Attheendofyourworkout,graduallydecreaseyourworkload,andthenexercise
lightlyasa"cooldown".
Aerobicexercise,toachievethegreatestbenefits,shouldbeperformed3-5timesa
