• 22 mm wrench
• Torx T-25 ( or oem brp tool )
• Cutter

• 2 inches bi-metal hole saw ** 900 ACE TURBO 2019-2021**
• Magnetic pick-up tool ** 900 ACE TURBO 2019-2021**

Unplug the battery
Loose the air intake tube clap and remove the hood
unplug the light connector and remove hood bolt.
Unplug and remove the instrument panel

remove both side panels.
Remove the side panel bolt.

mark the springs side for easier reinstallation
then remove the springs from the mufer side.
Remove the mufer bolt and spring
Remove the ty-rap which hold the oxygen sensor
wires
Do not remove the springs from the turbo side
Remove the mufer
Unplug the sensor connector

Remove the sensor, be sure to not twist the
wires
Remove the complet downpipe, spring and ange.
Gently lubricate the 3 downpipe bolts
Remove the bolts from the downpipe
Reuse the metal gasket with the small square
part backwards and upwards ( see arrow)
Install the Precision EFI downpipe, torque rst at
15 Nm and a last time to 37 Nm

Install the sensor on the downpipe
Fix the wire with 2 ty-rap
Reuse the original lead seal
Plug the sensor connector to is original location
Very important to leave a wire free play on the
sensor side
Remove the push pin which retains the heat shield

Slide the heat shield outwards to allow more
space
an example of the heat shield asjustement wich
is no longer in contact with the downpipe.
Install the mufer, the springs, the side panel
bolt, the hood (plug the light connectors) and the
instrument panel.
Bend the end of the heat shield to prevent it from
coming into contact with the downpipe and rein-
stall it in place with the push pin
Cut the mufer inlet bafe using a 2 inches hole
saw. If the peace falls into the mufer, remove
it with a magnetic pick-up tool
Don’t forget to install the air intake tube, to plug
the battery and to install the 2 side upper panels
