Step 1:
Using a center punch and a hammer, punch a
hole into the center of the glass exposing the
Phillips head screw.
Safety glasses and gloves should be worn while
performing this procedure!

Step 2:
Carefully remove the Phillips head screw.
Remove the lower glass and discard any
broken glass safely and properly.
Step 3:
Install the plastic backing onto the mount
located on the mirror. Align the tabs on the
mirror to the slots on the backing located in 12
o’clock and 6 o’clock positions.

Step 4:
Install the inner cup onto the mount.
Step 5:
Install the star washer onto the mount.

Step 6:
Align and tighten the Phillips head screw
through the Star washer and into the mount.
Disclaimer: Do not over tighten
the screw. The mount will move to
allow for adjustment of the Lower
Glass when it is installed.

Step 7:
Peel the 4 pieces of tape off of the adhesive
strips.
Disclaimer: The lower glass must
be installed with the convex side
up.

Convex Side - This side should be facing up
when installing the lower glass onto the backing.
Concave Side - This side should be facing down
when installing the lower glass onto the backing.
The reflection of the concave side will show a
zoomed in image.
Step 8:
Line up the top edge of the lower glass to the
top of the backing.

Step 9:
Drop the glass into place.
Step 10:
Make sure the glass is fully seated onto the
backing.
