Holding & Resuming Calls

Transferring Calls
Duringacall,pressthe• Transsokey(theacvecall
will be placed on hold)
Press the Blind so key to transfer the call without
speakingtothesecondparty.
Placeacalltothepartytowhichyouwanttotransfer•

Aerspeakingwiththesecondparty,pressthe• Trans
sokeytocompletethetransfer
Transfer may be cancelled during establishment•
by pressing the Cancel so key. The original call is
resumed

When a conference has been established, pressing the
Split sokeywill split theconferenceinto twocalls on
hold.
Placing the call on hold on the conference originators
phonewill placetheother paresintheconferenceon
hold.
A conference may be created at any me between an
acvecallandacallwhichisonhold(onthesamelineor
anotherline)bypressingtheJoinsokey.
Ending the call on the conference originators phone will
allowtheotherparestoconnuetheconference.

Expired Passcode
Your defaultpasscode is2580, youwill bepromptedto
changethiswhenyourstaccessyourvoicemail.
Yourvoicemailpasscodewillautomacallyexpireaer30
daysforsecurityreasons.Whenaccessingyourvoicemail
aerthisperiodyouwillbeinformedthatyourpasscode
has expired, keep listening to the voice prompts for
instruconsonsenganewone.
Ring tones
Youcanselectdierentringstomatchyourpreferences
anddisnguishbetweencallsonlines.
To change the incoming ring:

Select • Sengs, followed by Basic, and then Ring
Type

Press the Playsokeytoheartheselectedringtype

ringtype
