NOTICE
CORRECT INSTALLATION
• The lamp surround has been designed to position the heat globes
correctly in the main body. Failure to position the lamp surround
correctly may cause the heat globes to touch the main body and
cause warping.
• The product’s centre cavity is designed to accept only R80 8 W
LED reector globes.
• Only install R80 8W LED reector globes in the centre cavity. Do
not install any other type of globe as this may cause overheating
and subsequent warping of the body.
• The two heat cavities have been designed to accept only R125
275 W reector globes. Do not install heat globes greater than
275 W.
• Do not force or over-tighten globes.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in equipment
damage.
Installation Steps
(Refer to the diagram at the top of this card.)
1 (See A above) Using this card in its open state as a template,
position the card in the area of the ceiling where you want to
mount your Airow® 3-in-1 unit and draw around the edges with a
pencil to mark the hole cutting size.
2 (See B above) Use a saw to cut the section along the lines.
3 The lamp surround easily unclips from the main body by lifting
gently from any side. Remove the lamp surround and heat reec-
tor globes to avoid damage from knocks and vibrations.
4 (Optional) Fit the back draught shutter to the top of the Airow®
3-in-1 unit. If required, screw the shutter into place in three posi-
tions around the perimeter with self-drilling screws.
5 (See C above) Ensure that the slider bars have been retracted
and then insert the Airow® 3-in-1 unit through the hole.
6 Once the Airow® 3-in-1 unit is in position, push the slider bars out
to support the Airow® 3-in-1 unit in the ceiling. Tighten the screws
to clamp it in place.
Note: Alternatively, the Airow® 3-in-1 unit can be xed onto the
body via four holes in the body ange.
7 (See D above) Clip the lamp surround back onto the body, mak-
ing sure that all four clips snap into place.
8 (See E above) Screw the centre light globe into place and then
screw the two heat globes into place.

it, making sure to click the switches into the backing plate in the
desired order.
2 Connect wiring to switches as shown in the diagram above.
3 Remove the electrical terminal cover on the Airow® 3-in-1 unit and
wire according to the label beside the terminal strip. Remove a
cut-out portion of the cover to prevent fouling of the incoming cable
when the cover is tted, then replace the cover.
4 Check that power is switched on and that all switches activate
properly according to their marked function.
