• Tighten the nuts a few threads leaving a 5 mm gap between the table
top and the bolt heads.
• Place the table against the machine with the slots sliding over the bolt
heads into the gap.
• Tighten the nuts finger tight.
Mounting the lower support rails (fig. F1 & F4)
Required hardware parts: 4 coach bolts (12), 4 flat washers (18), 4 lock
washers (20), 4 nuts (15) (fig. F1).

and the right-hand side crossmember (25) (fig. F4).
• Insert a coach bolt (12) into each of the holes in the rail.
• Place a flat washer (18), a lock washer (20) and a nut (15) onto the end
of each of the bolts.
• Tighten the nuts finger tight.
• Repeat the procedure for the other rail.
Assembling the front rail (fig. G1 & G2)
The front rail can be assembled for conventional use or for use with the
DE7461 small sliding table.
Conventional assembly
Required hardware parts: 7 coach bolts (12), 5 front rail brackets (26),
5 lock washers (20), 5 nuts (15) (fig. G1).
• Insert a coach bolt (12) into the bottom hole of each of the front rail
brackets (26) (fig. G2).
• Place a lock washer (20) and nut (15) onto the coach bolts and tighten
the nuts a few threads.
• Insert a coach bolt into the lower hole (27) of two of the brackets.
Keep the bolts in place with a piece of tape.
• Insert the head of the coach bolts into the keyhole slots (28) in the front
rail (3). The brackets with the extra coach bolts should be mounted to
the outer right positions of the front rail. Make sure that the brackets
are pointing up (with the scale (29) on the front rail facing up).
• Engage the square part of the bolts.
• Tighten the nuts finger tight.
Assembly for use with DE7461 small sliding table
Required hardware parts: 8 coach bolts (12), 4 front rail brackets (26),
4 lock washers (20), 4 nuts (15) (fig. G1).
• Insert a coach bolt (12) into the bottom hole of each of the front rail
brackets (26) (fig. G2).
• Place a lock washer (20) and nut (15) onto the coach bolts and tighten
the nuts a few threads.
• Insert a coach bolt into the lower hole (27) of each of the brackets.
Keep the bolts in place with a piece of tape.
• Insert the head of the coach bolts into the keyhole slots (28) in the front
rail (3) leaving the outer left position empty. Make sure that the brackets
are pointing up (with the scale (29) on the front rail facing up).
• Engage the square part of the bolts.
• Tighten the nuts finger tight.
Mounting the front rail (fig. H1 - H4)
Conventional mounting
Required hardware parts: 3 Torx bolts (11), 3 flat washers (19), 3 lock washers
(21), 3 nuts (16), 2 flat washers (18), 2 lock washers (20), 2 nuts (15) (fig. H1).
• Make sure that a support table is mounted to the left-hand side of the
machine.
• Hold the front rail (3) against the front side of table top with the
brackets (26) pointing up (fig. H3).
• Align the upper holes (30) in the brackets with the corresponding holes
(31) in the table top (fig. H2).
• Insert a Torx bolt (11) into the upper holes in the brackets and the table
top leaving the two outer right brackets empty (fig. H3).
• Place a flat washer (19), a lock washer (21) and a nut (16) onto the end
of each of the Torx bolts.
• Place a flat washer (18), a lock washer (20) and a nut (15) onto the
coach bolts (12).
