Precaution of use
Please read these instructions carefully before
using the appliance and keep it for future
reference.
Before use, check that the voltage of the socket of
your installation corresponds to that indicated on
the nameplate of the product.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or a
person of similar qualification in order to avoid any
danger.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse
the base in water or any other liquid.
Do not allow the cord to hang over a corner of the
table or on a heating surface.
Precautions should be taken when handling sharp
knives, when emptying the bowl and during
cleaning.
Switch off the unit and disconnect it from the power
supply when not in use, before installing and
removing accessories, before cleaning or when
approaching parts likely to be movement.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the
power supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that are mobile during
operation.
Check that there are no foreign objects in the
container before use.
Make sure that the motor is completely stopped
before disassembling the machine.
This appliance must not be used by children. Keep
the device and its cable out of the reach of
children.
This device may be used by persons whose
physical, sensory or mental capacities are reduced
or whose experience or knowledge is insufficient,
provided they are supervised or instructed As to
the safe use of the device and to the extent that
they understand the potential hazards.
Children should not use the appliance as a toy
Do not operate your appliance unladen.
For your safety, only use accessories and spare
parts suitable for your appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the cover, the rotating
plastic part, the accessories or the shell are
damaged.
Avoid touching moving parts. Keep hands, hair,
clothing, spatulas and other utensils away from the
robot when in use to reduce the risk of injury and /
or damage to the unit.
DO NOT operate the appliance if the cable or plug
is damaged or if the appliance malfunctions, falls
or has been damaged in any way. Take the device
to an authorized service center for examination,
repair or adjustment.
Use of accessories not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock, or injury.
Do not use this unit outdoors.
Remove the bowl, mixer, whisk or kneading hook
before washing.
DO NOT use this product for any purpose other
than that for which it was designed.
This product is designed for home use only.
Never operate the appliance unattended.
Do not operate any buttons during operation.
Do not put your hands in the rotating mixer.
Place the unit on a smooth, level, non-slip surface.
Plug the power cable into the power outlet only
after installing all necessary accessories.
Details for cleaning surfaces that come into
contact with food are defined in the "Cleaning"
section.
Speeds and operating times (see also chapter
"Guide"):
Cleaning
WARNING: Risk of injury: Unplug the power cord
before touching the mixer or other accessories.
Otherwise, injury may result.
Always unplug the power cable from the wall
outlet before cleaning the robot.
Do not immerse the robot in water. The outer
surface of the appliance should only be cleaned
with a soft, damp cloth.
NOTE: Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring
pads when cleaning your robot. Never immerse
the robot housing in water or any other liquid.
Remove the mixing bowl, the flat beater, the whisk,
the kneading hook before washing.
Wash all accessories by hand. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.

Immediately after their use to prevent food from

General use
Using the Stand Mixer
1. Place the bowl (D) in the casing and attach the
bowl.
2. Press the lock button (B) to raise the arm.
3. Attach the Cover (F) and whisk (G) / flat beater (H) /
hook (I) to the outlet. Be sure the attachment is
secure.
4. Add the ingredients through the Lid (F)
5. Press the lock button (B) and press the arm.
6. Turn the speed selector (C) to operate the unit.
7. After the operation, turn the speed selector (C) to
the "0" position. Then remove the plug.
8. Press the lock button (B) to raise the arm and
remove the bowl (D)
9. Disassemble the whisk (G) / flat beater (H) / the
hook (I) and the cover (F)
10. The mixture can now be released with a spatula.
11. Clean the appliance.
Guide
To mix or knead dough:
1. Fit the kneading hook.
2. While filling the mixing bowl, make sure the
maximum amount is being met.
3. Maximum quantity: Do not add more than 500g of
flour with 325g of water.
4. The kneading hook should be used.
5. Select speed "1" for 15s, then 15s at speed "2" and
speed "4" at least 4 ~ 5 min.
6. Do not use more than 5 minutes without interruption
each time. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before re-use.
Beat whites in snow:
1. Turn on the robot, beat the eggs continuously for
about 5 minutes at high speed, 10, depending on the
amount of egg whites, until they thicken.
2. Maximum quantity: 6 eggs.
3. Whip should be used.
4. Do not use more than 10 minutes without
interruption.
Beat creams:
1. While filling the mixer bowl with fresh milk, cream
and other ingredients, make sure that the maximum
amount is being met.
2. For whipped cream, whisk 250ml of high-speed
liquid cream for about 5 minutes.
3. Whip should be used.
4. Do not use more than 10 minutes continuously
each time.
Preparation of Milk shakes, cocktails or other
liquids:
1. Mix the ingredients according to the recipe given, at
high speed for about 5 minutes.
2. Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the mixing
bowl.
3. The flat beater should be used.
4. Do not use more than 10 minutes continuously
each time.
How to assemble / disassemble accessories.
Cover
A. Shut off power before assembling or
disassembling the lid
B. Press the lock button and raise the arm.
C. Insert the lid into the outlet.
D. Turn it to secure or detach it.
E. Do not disassemble the cover as picture E.
Accessories - Whisk / Flat Beater / Hook
1. Insert the different accessories into the arm outlet
as shown in photographs A-C.
2. Press the whisk / beater / hook connector as shown
in picture D.
3. Turn clockwise to attach the accessories or in the
opposite direction to detach them, picture D.
4. Do not detach the accessories directly from the
outlet by force.
