Step 1: Twist cap (B) off base (A) component.

Step 2: Fill the base with sand or water to increase weight. Only ﬁll base with

water if used in warm climate. If water is exposed to freezing temperature, ice

may form and cause the base to crack.

Step 3: Place the ﬁlled base into a corner of the umbrella stand, as shown in

the image above. Repeat steps with 3 more base components.
