2 Your dash cam
1. Do not install the device at any place that may
distract the driver’s attention or block the driver’s
sight.
2. The TF card needs to be formatted before the
first use.
3. The setting function of the menu button should
be operated when the video recording is stopped.
4. The emergency video cannot be covered by
loop recording; Please regularly clean out the TF
card to avoid affecting the storage space.

Read and understand all instructions before
you use your apparatus. If damage is
caused by failure to follow instructions, the
warranty does not apply.
Use only the supplied mounting hardware
for a safe and secure installation.
Only use attachments/accessories specified
by the manufacturer.
To avoid short circuit, do not expose the
apparatus to rain or water.
Never insert objects into the ventilation
slots or other openings on the apparatus.
Clean the apparatus and frame with a soft,
damp cloth. Never use substances such as
alcohol, chemicals or household cleaners on
the apparatus.
Risk of damage to the apparatus screen!
Never touch, push, rub or strike the screen
with any object.
Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive
heat such as sunshine, fire.
For your own safety, do not operate the
device while driving.
To void accident caused by exhaust of car
battery, disconnect the car charger before
leaving the car for the users whose car
cigarette lighter keeps power supplying
after the engine is stopped.
When the car engine is stopped or the
power is shut down, the device still can
save the recording files with its built-in
battery power, do not remove the micro SD
card during the period to prevent data loss.
The apparatus shall not be exposed to
dripping or splashing.
Do not place any sources of danger on the
apparatus (e.g. liquid filled objects, lighted
candles).

3 Get started
Install dash cam
Note
In order to get clear images, if there is any
smudginess on the windshield, please clean it
before installing.
Caution
Do not place the dash cam in locations where
it may block the driver's view or affect the
operation of airbags.

Connect the dash cam with the suction
bracket below:

Wipe clean the windshield.

Remove the protective cover of the
suction bracket and rotate the fix button
of suction.

Pull wrench, sucker adsorbed on the
cleaned area.

The sucker is not close to glass,
press wrench to fix the DVR on the
appropriate location.

Connect the car charger to:
The mini USB socket of the dash cam
The cigarette lighter socket of the car.
The wiring cable can run through the
edge of your windscreen. Put the cable
through gaps in your car’s a-pillar.

Insert Micro SD card
Caution
For reliable operation, please use a genuine
8-64G micro SD card (class 10 or more,
bounced read speed 80M / S above), or the
carema might not be able to operate
functionally.
Insert the micro SD card before using the
dash cam.
Insert the micro SD card with the right direction.
Wrong direction may damage the
dash cam
and the card.
Note
When using for the first time, please format
the micro SD card to ensure videos are
recorded normally.
Insert a micro SD card into the card slot until
you hear a "click".

cam to a computer
When the dash cam is connected
to a computer, the micro SD card will be
automatically recognized. You can then
copy videos or photos from the micro SD
card to your computer.

10 Solutions of common problems

1. Suction cup falls off & Unstable.
Solution:
A: Please tear off the protective film on the suction cup before installation.
B: Please clean the windshield before installation.
C: Check whether the suction cup has been installed in right way. The suction cup
installation of this cam is not simply adsorption. It needs to install through the black
wrench on the suction cup.
2. View files on the cam and find that images are blurred.
Solution:
The front windshield has reflective effect. Please adjust the angle of the machine
according to the installation position of the suction cup.
3. The cam often shut down or can not be connected to power
supply.
Solution:
A: The interior design varies from car to car. Please adjust the rotation angle of
vehicle power adapter properly and ensure the stable link between machine and
power supply.
B: The built-in battery of the machine can only last for 10-15 minutes. When you use
it, please connect it to power supply.
C: Check if there is any damage to the power lead so as to ensure the power supply
of the machine.
D: If the cam can't be used in the car, try to connect the cam to other power source to
see whether the power supply of the car cigar lighter is normal.
1. The cam can't be turned on.
Solution:
A: Confirm whether the indicator of the power adapter is on or not. If there is no light,
please replug in the car charger and ensure the power supply of the cam.
B: The cam cannot function alone for long. The built-in battery can only be used for
about 10-15 minutes. Please connect the cam to cigarette lighter via the car charger
in the package.
C: Press Reset button in the back of the dash cam to reset the cam

D: After being connected to power supply. The red light indicator on the top left of the
screen flashes once and then the cam will turn on. The blue light indicator will keep
on during your use. This can help you judge whether the cam is power supplied
normally.
2. Keeps turning on and off.
Solution:
A. Reset the camera to default setting. Under the stop status of recording mode,
press right button twice to enter setting menu. Then press down button to select
“Default setting” then choose “OK”.
B. Back up the SD card data first, then format the sd card in dash cam. Move toggle
switch to right direction to entry setting option---->Select "Format"---->Choose "OK".
C. Set Gsensor sensitivity to Medium level. And turn off parking monitor.
Under the stop status of recording mode, press right button to enter video setting
menu, then press down button to choose Gsensor, then select sensor sensitivity
”Medium”
3. The cam freezes & Screen goes black & Buttons do not work.
Solution:
A: Check whether your card is class 10, 8-64GB, SDHC TF card.
B: Long press the power button to force the shutdown to restart.
C: Press Reset button to reset the cam.
4. Unable to access menu settings (No response by pressing
menu button).
Solution:
The cam will stay in video mode after being turned on and will start recording
automatically if you have inserted a SD card. Press OK button to stop recording first.
Then press right direction button to enter settings.
5. The screen goes blue and prompts mass storage.
Solution:
When you connect the cam to computer or power source with low voltage, it is
normal that the cam prompts mass storage. You should use the USB cable in the
package to connect the cam to power supply with normal voltage.

1. The cam won't record after being turned on.
Solution:
A: Confirm whether a TF card has been inserted. Check the format of the card (Class
10, no bigger than 64GB).
B: Turn off the cam, remove the card and insert it again.
C: Format the card on the cam.
2. Abnormal video recording ending.
Solution:
A: Format the card.
B: Check whether the format of the memory card is correct.
C: Change to a correct qualified card to see if it is a card failure.
D: There are many poor memory cards in the market. The quality of these cards is bad
and will affect the use of the cam.
3. Screen goes black.
Solution:
The screen will go black if there is no operation on the cam within the set time interval
even during recording. You can press any button to wake the cam up.
4. Videos have no audio.
Solution:
Check whether the audio recording is turned on. You can check it via the microphone
sign on the screen. If not, press down button to active microphone recording.
5. Blurred videos.
Solution:
A:Remove the protective film on the lens and clean the lens
B: Remove the protective film on the screen
C: Due to the screen size and influence of resolution, there will be difference on visual
experience. So please transfer the videos to your computer and view them again.
D: Check the resolution of the cam. Choose higher resolution.
E: The video mode and photo mode are set independently. Please set the resolution of
video recording and photo shooting separately.
F: Check whether the format of the memory card is correct.

6. Big difference on quality of videos recorded in daytime and at
night.
Solution:
The transmittance of commonly used car front glass thermal insulation film is
68%-80%, which will affect the recording effect of machine.
7. Video time error.
Solution:
A: Update to the right time according to the user manual
B: When the cam is plugged in the cigarette lighter, the time won't be changed due to
ending of video recording.
1. Unable to read storage and can't find the connection device.
Solution:
A: Reinsert the USB cable to ensure a stable connection.
B: Change to another USB cable and check whether there is something wrong with
the cable.
C: Connect the cam to different computers because some computer systems will
prevent the external devices.
D: Use the card adapter to read file. Remove the micro SD card from the dash cam.
Use the micro SD card adapter to connect the card to a computer.
