1 - KIT COMPOSITION
Mounting pack composed by the following elements :

3 - Octogonal Iridium antenna on sheet, with wire of 10cm,

DUO MOUNTING ADVISES FOR BIKE
IMPORTANT :
The machines have to be presented at the technical checks, with the bracket, cablings and
antennas mounted, ready to receive the Iritrack.
Technical charateristics of the set GPS + Iritrack:
- Environment: operating from - 30° C à + 55°C and storage from -40°C to +65°C

2 - MOUNTING
B - POWER CABLE AND EXTENSION
Connect the power cable with the extension.
Make the power cable come at the level of the bracket.
C- ANTENNAS AND CABLES
They must be necessarily put in the
horizontal, and loosened of any obstacle.
It is also forbidden to paint them.
Screw the cables of each antennas and
make come the connections at the level
of the bracket.
It is indispensable to have enough space to pass the fingers
to be able to connect the wires : around 10cm.
The antennas have to be fixed on the
front of the bike (front mudguard, top of
the bubble or instrumentation bracket).
It is strongly advisable to put plastic
necklaces (type Rilsan), to maintain
antennas.
The GPS and Iridium antennas can be
installed side by side.
Connect red and black wires to a continuous tension
ranging from 12 to 24 volts, continuously and directly
from the battery, as stipulated in the FIA regulations.
A - BRACKET
The bracket has to be fixed in front of the pilote, in
order to have the Iritrack buttons visible and accessible
for push in case of an emergency.

ATTENTION : It is very important to put the thermo-retractable girdle between each antenna and its cable.
Before making warm the girdle, make sure that connectors are correctly locked.
Put the protection supplied with girdles around every
cable.
At this stage of the installation you must have 1- the power
cable, 2- GPS antenna cable and 3- Iridium antenna cable, pulled
towards the bracket.
