General safety instrucons
When using any electrical
appliance, basic safety
precauons should always be
followed, including:
This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilies or lack of
experience and knowledge if
they have been given
supervision or instrucon
concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be
made by children unless they
are older than 8 and
supervised. Keep the appliance
and its cord out of reach of
children less than 8 years old.
Always ensure the voltage on
the rang label corresponds to
the voltage in your home.
Check the power cord and
plug regularly for any
damage. If the cord or the
plug is damaged, it must be
replaced by a qualied
electrician or a service repair
centre. If in doubt please
contact our customer service
team.
The appliance is intended for
domesc use only. Industrial
or commercial use will void
the warranty. The supplier
cannot be held responsible
for injury or damage if the
appliance has been used for
anything other than its
intended use.
Incorrect operaon and use
can damage the appliance
and cause injury to the user.
Do not use the appliance if it
has been dropped or
damaged in anyway. If the
unit has been damaged take
the unit for examinaon

and / or repair by an
authorised service agent.
Do not immerse or expose the
motor assembly, plug or the
power cord in water or any
other liquid for any reason.
If the supply cord is damaged,
it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or by someone
who is suitably qualied to
avoid a potenal hazard.
Do not let the cord hang over
the edge of a table or counter.
Ensure that the cord is not in a
posion where it can be pulled
or tripped over accidentally.
Do not allow the cord to touch
hot surfaces and do not place
the cord near hot gas or
electric burners or in a heated
oven.
Use of an extension cord with
this appliance is not
recommended. However if it is
necessary to use an extension
cord, ensure that the
extension cord is equal to or
greater than the power
consumpon of the appliance
to avoid overheang of the
appliance and extension cord.
Do not use any other
appliance on the extension
cord. Do not place the
extension cord in a posion
where it can be pulled on by
children or animals or be
tripped over.
Always operate the appliance
on a smooth, even and stable
surface. Do not place the unit
on a hot surface.
Always remove the plug of
the appliance safely. Do not
pull on the appliances cord to
remove the appliance plug
from the electrical socket.
Never handle or operate the
appliance with wet hands.
Do not use the appliance if it
has been dropped or
damaged in anyway. In case
of damage, take the unit for

examinaon and or repair by
an authorised service agent.
The appliances surfaces will
become hot during use, only
use the plasc handles
provided to ip the doughnut
maker during use.
Before rst me use
Remove all packaging material from the
appliance.
Clean the hot plates with a damp clean
cloth and dry thoroughly.
Grease the plates slightly with a small
amount of cooking oil or buer.
Note: The appliance may emit a lile
smoke and produce a slight odour when
rst used. This is normal and will disappear
aer the inial heang up process. Allow
the appliance to heat for 10 minutes
connuously to remove the substances le
on by the manufacturing process.

Pre-heang the appliance
 Insert the appliances plug into the
electrical outlet. The doughnut makers
red light will now illuminate.
 Select the required baking temperature.
 Keep the hot plates In the closed
posion and allow the appliance to pre-
heat for 5 minutes.
 When the green light appears the
appliance is fully pre-heated.
 Apply a small amount of buer or oil to
the surface of the hot plates.
Baking
 Pour the baer into the designated
holes. The green light will now go on
and o as the baking cycle begins.
 Close the heang hot plates so that the
safety clip is securely locked on the
heang plates. Do not re-open the hot
plates unl the green light appears on
the appliance again.
 Halfway through the baking process, at
around two and a half minutes, ip the
lid of the doughnut maker by holding
the folding handle. This will ensure that
the appliance cooks the doughnuts
evenly on both sides.
4. When the green light comes back on,
check to see if the doughnuts are
cooked. Remove the doughnuts using
a non-metallic utensil. If you wish to
darken the doughnuts a lile more,
leave the doughnuts on the heang
plates for a lile longer.
5. When the doughnuts are cooked, turn
the appliance o and unplug it from
the electrical outlet. Leave the
appliance hot plates in the open
posion by sliding the stand clip across
the appliance.
6. Clean the appliance according to the
secon “Cleaning and maintenance”.

Cleaning and maintenance
Always switch o the appliance, unplug
it from the electrical supply and allow it
to cool before cleaning.
Wipe o any excess crumbs and oil le
on the appliance with a paper towel. Do
not aempt to disassemble the
appliance for cleaning.
Never immerse the appliance in water
or any other liquid. The appliance is not
dishwasher safe.
Never use metal utensils on the
appliance as they will damage the non-
sck coang of the surface. Only use
plasc or wooden utensils.
Wipe the top and boom housing with
a so, clean and damp cloth. Do not
aempt to clean with any abrasive
scouring pads or steel wool as this will
damage the nishing of the housing. Dry
thoroughly before storing.
You can use the clip on the base stand
of the appliance to lock the plates in an
upright posion for easier storage.
Simply place the plates in the upright
posion and push the clip in to lock. Pull
the clip back out to unlock.
Recipes
Plain Doughnuts
 Si the our, baking powder and salt
into a bowl and add the sugar ensuring
you sr it thoroughly.
 In a dierent bowl whisk the milk and
eggs together, carefully, then add It to
the other ingredients.
 Add the mixture to the appliance and
cook for two and a half minutes,
before ipping and cooking for the
same amount of me on the other
side.
Note: The doughnuts will not have the
same texture as fried doughnuts, this is
due to the doughnuts being baked and
not fried.
Plain our 75g
Milk 60ml
Egg 1
Caster sugar 1tbsp
Melted buer 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Chocolate hazelnut lled doughnuts
Method
 Si the our, baking powder and salt
into a bowl and add the sugar ensuring
you sr it thoroughly.
 Set aside 4 tbsp. of hazelnut spread.
 In a dierent bowl whisk the milk and
eggs together, carefully, then add It to
the other ingredients.
 Add half a tablespoon of doughnut
dough to each doughnut hole, followed
by hazelnut spread on top, then add a
second layer of doughnut dough.
 Cook for two and a half minutes, be-
fore ipping the machine and cooking
for another two and a half minutes.
Sugar strand doughnuts
Method
 Si the our, baking powder and salt
into a bowl and add the sugar ensuring
you sr it thoroughly.
 In a dierent bowl whisk the milk and
eggs together, carefully, then add It to
the other ingredients. Sprinkle a selec-
on of sugar strands into the mixture
and add to the doughnut maker.
 Cook for two and a half minutes, be-
fore ipping and cooking for a nal
two and a half minutes.

Egg 1, (Beaten)

Brownie doughnuts
Method
 Mix the ingredients together in the
given order.
 Spoon the mixture into the Flip and
Serve Doughnut Maker.
 Cook for 2 minutes and 15 seconds
before ipping the appliance over.
Cook for the same me on the oth-
er side.
Carrot cake doughnuts
Method
 Mix together dry ingredients, expect
carrot and almonds.
 Mix together wet ingredients in a sep-
arate bowl. Add carrot and almond.
 Pour onto dry ingredients and mix.
Cook for two and a half minutes on
one side, before ipping and cook for
the same length of me on the other
side.

Lemon and blueberry doughnuts
Method
 Si the our, baking powder and salt
into a bowl and add the sugar ensuring
you sr it thoroughly.
 In a dierent bowl whisk the milk and
eggs together, carefully, then add It to
the other ingredients. Squeeze the lem-
on juice into the mixture, add the blue-
berries and spoon into to the doughnut
maker.
 Cook for two and a half minutes, before
ipping and cooking for a nal two and
a half minutes.

Abuse of your product will invalidate the
guarantee. Returned goods can only be
accepted if repackaged properly within
the original colour product box, and pre-
sented with the original receipt of sale/
order number. This does not aect your
statutory rights.
Returned products must be cleaned and
returned to us in as close to delivery con-
dion as possible.
If your product develops a problem with-
in the rst 12 months of the xed war-
ranty, we will pay all shipping costs to
have it returned to us. Aer 12 months
the customer will be liable for the cost of
returning the product to us. We will then
pay to have the repaired/replaced item
shipped back to the customer.

we will aim to repair or replace it within
30 days of receipt.
The guarantee does not cover any defect
arising from improper use, damage, build-
up of lime scale or repair aempts made
by third-pares. Also, the guarantee does
not cover normal wear and tear of individ-
ual parts.
Electrical Informaon
Always ensure the voltage on the rang
label corresponds to the power supply
where the product is being used.
WARNING! This product must be connect-
ed to an earthed electrical power supply.
The green/yellow conductor in the supply
cord must be connected to the Earth ter-
minal in the plug. The power supply must
have an Earth connecon.
Precauons should be followed for safe
cable management and connecon to the
power supply.
If a new mains plug needs to be ed fol-
low the ng instrucons supplied with
good quality BS1363A plugs. If in doubt
consult a qualied electrician or appliance
repair agent.
Recommended fuse: 13 A.
If an extension cable is required, it must
have an earth conductor. To avoid over-
heang the extension cable should be
rated no less than 13A and be fully un-
wound before use.
Do not aempt to modify electrical plugs
or sockets or aempt to make an alterna-
ve connecon to the electrical supply.

Separate collecon of used products,

Safely dispose of the old plug.
Connect the brown lead to the live
terminal “L” in the new plug.
Connect the blue lead to the neutral
“N” terminal.
Connect the green/yellow lead to the
earth “E” terminal.
