Safety guide

When using any electrical ap-

pliance, basic safety precau-

ons should always be fol-

lowed, including:

 This appliance can be used by

children aged from 8 years

and above and persons with

reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilies or lack of

experience and knowledge if

they have been given super-

vision or instrucon concern-

ing use of the appliance in a

safe way and understand the

hazards involved. Children

shall not play with the appli-

ance. Cleaning and user

maintenance shall not be

made by children unless they

are older than 8 and super-

vised. Keep the appliance

and its cord out of reach of

children less than 8 years old.

 Always ensure the voltage on

the rang label corresponds

to the voltage in your home.

 Check the power cord and

plug regularly for any dam-

age. If the cord or the plug

is damaged, it must be re-

placed by a qualied electri-

cian or a service repair cen-

tre. If in doubt, please con-

tact our customer service

team.

 The appliance is intended

for domesc use only. In-

dustrial or commercial use

will void the warranty. The

supplier cannot be held re-

sponsible for injury or dam-

age if the appliance has

been used for anything oth-

er than its intended use.

 Incorrect operaon and use

can damage the appliance

and cause injury to the user.

 Do not use the appliance if

it has been dropped or dam-

aged in any way. If the unit

has been damaged, take the

unit for examinaon and or

repair by an authorised ser-

vice agent.

 Do not immerse or expose

the motor assembly, plug or

the power cord in water or

any other liquid for any rea-

son.

 If the supply cord is dam-

aged, it must be replaced by

the manufacturer or by

someone who is suitably

qualied to avoid a potenal

hazard.

 Do not let the cord hang over

the edge of a table or coun-

ter. Ensure that the cord is

not in a posion where it can

be pulled or tripped over ac-

cidentally.

 Do not allow the cord to

touch hot surfaces and do

not place the cord near hot

gas, electric burners or in a

heated oven.

 Use of an extension cord

with this appliance is not

recommended. However if

it is necessary to use an ex-

tension cord, ensure that

the extension cord is equal

to or greater than the pow-

er consumpon of the appli-

ance to avoid overheang

of the appliance and exten-

sion cord. Do not use any

other appliance on the ex-

tension cord. Do not place

the extension cord in a posi-

on where it can be pulled

on by children or animals or

be tripped over.

 Always operate the appli-

ance on a smooth, even and

stable surface. Do not place

the unit on a hot surface.

 Always remove the plug of

the appliance safely. Do not

pull on the appliances cord

to remove the appliance

plug from the electrical

socket.

 Never handle or operate the

appliance with wet hands.

Appliance specic safety in-

strucons

Before use make sure to read

all of the below instrucons in

order to avoid injury or dam-

age, and to get the best results

from the appliance. Make sure

to keep this manual in a safe

place. If you give or transfer

this appliance to someone else

make sure to also include this

manual.

In case of damage caused by

user failing to follow the in-

strucons in this manual the

warranty will be void. The man-

ufacturer/importer accepts no

liability for damages caused by

failure to follow the manual, a

negligent use or use not in ac-

cordance with the require-

ments of this manual.

 There is a potenal risk of

injuries from misuse.

 Always disconnect the appli-

ance from the supply if it is

le unaended and before

assembling, disassembling

or cleaning.

 This appliance shall not be

used by children. Keep the

appliance and its cord out of

reach of children.

 Switch o the appliance and

disconnect from supply be-

fore changing accessories or

approaching parts that

move in use.

 Care shall be taken when

handling the sharp cung

blades, emptying the bowl

and during cleaning.

 Before inserng the plug

into the mains socket,

please check that the volt-

age and frequency comply

with the specicaons on

the rang label.

 Disconnect the mains plug

from the socket when the

appliance is not in use and

before cleaning.

 Ensure that the mains cable

is not hung over sharp edges

and keep it away from hot

objects and open ames.

 Do not touch the appliance if

it falls into water. Remove

the plug from its socket, turn

o the appliance and send it

to an authorized service cen-

ter for repair.

 Do not plug or unplug the ap-

pliance from the electrical

outlet with a wet hand.

 Never aempt to open the

housing of the appliance, or

to repair the appliance your-

self. This could cause electric

shock.

 Children are unable to recog-

nize the hazards associated

with incorrect handling of

electrical appliances. There-

fore, children should never

use electric household appli-

ances unsupervised.

 Never leave the appliance

unaended during use.

 This appliance is not de-

signed for commercial use.

Domesc use only.

 Do not use the appliance for

other than intended use.

 Do not wind the cord

around the appliance and

do not bend it.

 The use of accessory aach-

ment not recommended by

the appliance manufacturer

may cause injuries.

 Blade is sharp. Please be

careful when you wash it.

 Assemble the blade base

with the blending cup ght-

ly, otherwise it will leak.

 Never put the blade on the

motor base directly when

use.

 Never put the hot ingredients

(above 65℃) into the cups.

 Please remove all hard ker-

nels from the fruit before

blending.

 There is overheat protecon

system in the motor, it will

work if the motor is over-

heated. You should turn o

the power at this me and

wait the machine to cool

down completely.

 Regarding the instrucons

for cleaning the surfaces

which come in contact with

food, speed sengs and op-

erang me, please refer to

the below paragraph of the

manual.

Using the Appliance

Cauon: Make sure the motor base is

unplugged from the power source.

1. Place the motor base on a rm, at,

level surface.

2. Fill the blending cup with your in-

gredients and connect with the

cross blade for blending purpose.

Alternavely, ll the grinding cup with

your ingredients and connect with the

at blade for grinding purpose.

Rotate the blade base on to the cup

ghtly in clockwise direcon. Do not

exceed the “MAX” level on the cup.

3. To aach the cup to the motor unit,

gently push down and rotate the

cup in a clockwise direcon. Make

sure the cup is locked rmly.

4. Plug in the appliance.

5. Press the “ON/OFF” buon to turn

on the unit. Press the “LOW-HIGH”

buon once, the appliance starts

working at low speed. Press it

again, the appliance will work at

high speed.

6. If you wish to use pulse funcon

during operaon, press the

“PULSE” buon once to run this

funcon. The appliance will run for

2 seconds and then stop, wait unl

the blade has fully stopped before

pressing again. Repeat if needed.

7. Aer use, press the “ON/OFF”

buon to turn o the appliance and

then unplug it.

NOTE: This product is equipped with 1

safety switch (A) on the motor base. If

the blade base is not assembled correct-

ly, the safety switch will not be acvated

and the machine will not work when

switched on. Do not use any tools to

press the safety switch in order not to

cause any damage.

Important—Blending

 For blending purpose, please cut in-

gredients into pieces if the food is

solid. Assemble the blade base with

the cup ghtly, otherwise it will leak.

Do not sr dry solid ingredients only.

 Aer 1 minute of connuous blending

operaon stop the appliance for 5

minutes to prevent overheang. Aer

5 cycles, let the appliance rest to cool

down.

 Please make sure never to put any

hard objects in the blender as they

could damage the blade or the cup.

 Please remove all hard kernels from

the fruit before blending.

Important—Grinding

 The maximum weight of ingredients

in the grinding cup cannot exceed

120g.

 Aer 30 seconds of connuous

grinding operaon stop the appli-

ance for 5 minutes to prevent over-

heang. Aer 5 cycles, let the appli-

ance cool down.

 The pulse funcon can be used for

crushing ice and for cleaning purpos-

es. When crushing ice cubes, please

remember to add some water into

the cup.

Cleaning and Maintenance

 Disconnect the appliance before

beginning cleaning.

 Do not immerse the power cord or

base of the appliance in water or

liquid for any reason.

 Wipe the body of the appliance with

a damp cloth or cleaner. Do not use

abrasive materials to clean the appli-

ance.

 Always unplug the appliance when it

is not in use.

 To aid longevity of the appliance it is

not recommended to put cups in the

dishwasher.

conrmaon. Your receipt or order num-

ber is required as proof of purchase date

so it is imperave that you keep it safe.

This guarantee only applies if the item

has been used solely for the use intend-

ed, and all instrucons have been fol-

lowed accordingly. Please note this prod-

uct is only for domesc use only and is

not for commercial use.

Abuse of your product will invalidate the

guarantee. Returned goods can only be

accepted if repackaged properly within

the original colour product box, and pre-

sented with the original receipt of sale/

order number. This does not aect your

statutory rights.

Returned products must be cleaned and

returned to us in as close to delivery

condion as possible.

If your product develops a problem with-

in the rst 12 months of the xed war-

ranty, we will pay all shipping costs to

have it

returned to us. Aer 12 months the cus-

tomer will be liable for the cost of re-

turning the product to us. We will then

pay to have the repaired/replaced item

shipped back to the customer.

refund, you have the right to do so

Customers are responsible for any tax-

es applied to our products when they

are shipped outside of the EU. All of our

prices are inclusive of VAT.

Once a product has been returned to

us, we will aim to repair or replace it

within 30 days of receipt.

The guarantee does not cover any de-

fect arising from improper use, dam-

age, build-up of lime scale or repair

aempts made by third-pares. Also,

the guarantee does not cover normal

wear and tear of individual parts.

Class 1 Earthed Products

Electrical Informaon

Always ensure the voltage on the rang

label corresponds to the power supply

where the product is being used.

WARNING! This product must be con-

nected to an earthed electrical power

supply. The green/yellow conductor in

the supply cord must be connected to

the Earth terminal in the plug. The

power supply must have an Earth con-

necon.

Precauons should be followed for safe

cable management and connecon to

the power supply

If a new mains plug needs to be ed

follow the ng instrucons supplied

with good quality BS1363A plugs. If in

doubt consult a qualied electrician or

appliance repair agent.

 Safely dispose of the old plug.

 Connect the brown lead to the live

terminal “L” in the new plug.

 Connect the blue lead to the neutral

“N” terminal.

 Connect the green/yellow lead to the

earth “E” terminal.

Recommended fuse: 13 A.

If an extension cable is required, it must

have an earth conductor. To avoid over-

heang the extension cable should be

rated no less than 13A and be fully un-

wound before use.

Do not aempt to modify electrical plugs

or sockets or aempt to make an alter-

nave connecon to the electrical sup-

ply.

Disposal of the appliance

must not be disposed of together with
