Troubleshooting
Q. Why can’t I hear sound from the wireless speaker?
A. Check the volume level on your Bluetooth enabled music player. Also ensure that there are no ‘barriers’ between the wireless speaker
and your paired Bluetooth® device such as walls, people or furniture as this may prevent the speaker and device from pairing successfully.
If you still can not hear sound, reset the device that you are trying to pair the speaker with. If this does not solve the issue then delete the
pairing information and brign the pairing process again.
Q. My device says ‘Bluetooth® Module not found’, what can I do?
A. This means that your device cannot find its internal Bluetooth® chip for some reason. Restarting your device should fix this problem. If
not, please contact the manufacturer of your device.
Q. My Bluetooth® device won’t pair with the speaker.
A. You need to ensure that the phone, computer or other device that you wish to connect supports the Bluetooth A2DP stereo sound
profile. The speaker will not support a mono Bluetooth® profile. Please check with your device manufacturer to ensure compatibility.
