Owner's manual

Vishay IRF740AS is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for use in power switching applications. It features low gate charge (Qg) for efficient drive requirement, improved gate, avalanche, and dynamic dV/dt ruggedness. The device also provides fully characterized capacitance and avalanche voltage and current. It is commonly utilized in applications such as switch mode power supply (SMPS), uninterruptible power supply, and high-speed power switching.
