NOTE: Refer to Fig. 7 on page 2 for cab installa-
tion sequence.
1. Apply two Foam Strips (A) on the inside of Roof. Each
foam strip will rest against the ROPS tubes. See Fig. 1.

NOTE: If the Windshield Kit (p/n 1436-501) is
already installed, proceed to step 3. If not, go to
step 2.
2. If you have not already, apply the self-adhesive
sealing foam (A) supplied with the Windshield Kit
on top of the front windshield assembly. See Fig.
2.

3. Position the roof on top of the ROPS tubes. See
Fig. 3

4. If the Windshield Kit (p/n 1436-501) is installed,
secure the upper part of the windshield frame to
the roof using the five Machine Screws (M6-1.0 X
25 mm) (C), five Lock Washers (B), and five
Fender washers (C) (finger tighten at this time).
See Fig. 4.

5. Secure the roof onto the center ROPS tubes using
four C-clamps, four machine screws (M6-1.0 X 30
mm), four lock washers, and four fender washers
(finger tighten at this time). See Fig. 5.

6. If the windshield kit is not installed, secure the
outside front part of the roof onto the front ROPS
tube using two C-clamps (A), two machine screws
(M6-1.0 X 30 mm) (B), two lock washers (C), and
two fender washers (D). Tighten all screws
securely. See Fig. 6.

NOTE: Install cab components in this sequence.
Windshield, rear panel, roof, and then door kit. If
you have already installed some cab components
and are adding, it may be necessary to remove
installed components. See Fig. 7.
