Pairing an Amazon Echo Dot with an E50
Requirements - Amazon Alexa app, an Amazon account and Alexa connected to the same network as the device
running the app.

Turn the E50 on by pressing the standby button:

Select the menu at the top left of the home page on the Alexa app:

Select “Settings” at the bottom of this menu:

Select Device Settings:

Select your Amazon Echo device from the list:

Select “Bluetooth Devices” under the “Wireless” Section:

Select “Pair a New Device” at the bottom of the screen:

Select your Systemline E50 from the list of available devices
NB: Depending on the software version of your E50, the name of your E50 could have been changed to Lounge or
something similar, consult the E50 user guide for more information on changing the Bluetooth name on your E50

The blue, Bluetooth source light will flash. Press and hold the Bluetooth/Source button until you
see the blue light change to a solid blue glow

Once your E50 is paired with Alexa, you will see that the blue source light on the E50 will change
from flashing to solid. You will also see that the E50 will be listed in your Alexa app as a paired
Bluetooth device, and Alexa’s voice should come through your E50 speakers to confirm that the
connection has been made. If the connection is active, the Bluetooth logo in the app will go blue:
Now that Alexa is connected, you can say things such as “Alexa connect to speaker” or “Alexa connect to
Systemline”. The pairing sequence will initiate, and your content will be able to be listened to through the
E50.
