Maximum recommended picture load is 7kg per 60cm track section spread over two Hanging Cables.
Prior to marking and drilling mounting holes, ensure no plumbing, electrical or other hazards exist in the wall where the
system will be mounted. It is recommended to consult a qualified tradesperson for advice.
If mounting system to plaster board (Gyprock) wall, the plaster must be in good condition and free of deterioration.
The installer must determine suitability based on inspection.
Only skilled and competent persons should attempt to install the picture hanging system. Personal protective
equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask, and ear muffs is recommended for using power and hand tools.

1x 60cm Track Set
Single System
Step 1. Mark out mounting positions
Handy tip: Mark cross location (+) with lines 10mm long to ensure visibility of hole markings remain
while drilling.
Horizontal: 2 hole positions evenly spaced about centre of track location, 400mm apart
Vertical: For standard ceiling heights featuring a cornice, it is recommended to offset hole positions no
closer than 20mm to the cornice. This will result in discreet mounting of the picture hanging system.
Step 2. Drill holes
Handy tip: Use a 75x125 wide sticky note to catch the drill debris while drilling.
Masonry wall:
Use a hammer drill with Ø3.5mm pilot masonry drill bit, approx. 40-50mm depth.
Increase to Ø5.5mm masonry drill bit, drill holes approximately 40-50mm depth.
Ensure holes are free of dust and debris, use vacuum for best results.
Plaster board (Gyprock) wall:
Pilot drill with approx. Ø4.0mm drill through the thickness of the plaster board, approx. 10-13mm.
Step 3. Insert wall plugs
Masonry wall:
Using a Ø5 punch, gently tap in plug until flush with wall,
tap approx. 1mm further into wall so the plug is not protruding.
Plaster board (Gyprock) wall:
Using a #2 Phillips screw driver, gently drive wall plug until flush with wall, drive approx. 1mm further
into wall so the plug is not protruding.

Step 4. Install Round Mount x2
Masonry wall:
Using electric driver on low torque setting, drive
supplied screws through mounts until firm against wall.
Plaster board (Gyprock) wall:
Using hand screw driver, gently drive supplied
screws through mounts until firm against wall.
Step 5. Assemble Track onto Mounts
Align mounting groove of track over mounts and attempt to push track onto mounts. If the track does
not push on easily, using a clean cloth to protect track, use soft hammer to gently tap track onto
mounts. The track should click into place.
Step 6. Assemble Adjustable Hook onto Hanging Cable.
Feed hanging cable through top of adjustable hook.
Compress top of hook to enable cable to feed through more easily.
Step 7. Assemble Hanging Cable into track from below.
Position hook in track and rotate into place.

Step 8. Attach D-rings to Picture Frame
Use manual Phillips screw driver to install 2x D-ring screws and 2x D-rings to each side of picture
frame, approximately 100mm from top edge. Apply light torque to ensure d-rings are secured to
frame.
Handy tip: While ensuring stability of the screw in the desired location, press firmly down onto screw
prior to twisting, to indent frame. The indent will enable the screw to locate during initial
engagement.
Step 9. Attach Foam wall buffers
At each bottom corner of the picture frame on the back face, place foam buffers approx. 2mm inset
from each edge.
Step 10. Hang picture on adjustable hooks
Hang picture on adjustable hooks, make adjustments as required. Coil up left over cable and tape
behind picture frame (or attach to existing feature). It is not recommended to cut the excess cable, as
this will limit your hanging layout options in the future.

Double System
The installation method for mounting two 60cm tracks connected together is generally the same as
the Single System. The main difference is use of the Joiner Mount, at the junction between the two
tracks.
Step 1. Mark out mounting positions
Handy tip: Mark cross location (+) with lines 10mm long to ensure visibility of hole markings remain
while drilling.
Horizontal: 3 hole positions evenly spaced about centre of track location, 500mm apart
Vertical: For standard ceiling heights featuring a cornice, it is recommended to offset hole positions no
closer than 20mm to the cornice. This will result in discreet mounting of the picture hanging system.
Steps 2. and 3.
Refer to Single System guide notes
Step 4. Install Round Mount x2 and Joiner Mount x1
The Joiner Mount is installed at the central location. Ensure this mount is orientated horizontally as
per diagram. Use a level to check if in doubt.
Masonry wall:
Using electric driver on low torque setting, drive
supplied screws through mounts until firm against wall.
Plaster board (Gyprock) wall:
Using hand screw driver, gently drive supplied
screws through mounts until firm against wall.

Step 5. Assemble Track onto Mounts
Remove Hanging track end caps from each end of the track pieces where the two will connect.
Align first track piece such that the track covers half of the Joiner Mount and one Round Mount.
Attempt to push track onto mounts. If the track does not push on easily, using a clean cloth to protect
track, use soft hammer to gently tap track onto mounts. The track should click into place.
Align second track piece such that it touches the previously installed first piece, follow method above.

Triple System
The installation method for mounting three 60cm tracks connected together is generally the same as
the Double System, with the addition of another Hanging Track section and another Joiner Mount.
Step 1. Mark out mounting positions
Handy tip: Mark cross location (+) with lines 10mm long to ensure visibility of hole markings remain
while drilling.
Horizontal: 4 hole positions spaced about centre of track location, offsets as per diagram.
Vertical: For standard ceiling heights featuring a cornice, it is recommended to offset hole positions no
closer than 20mm to the cornice. This will result in discreet mounting of the picture hanging system.
Steps 2. and 3.
Refer to Single System guide notes
Step 4. Install Round Mount x2 and Joiner Mount x2
The Joiner Mounts are installed at the intermediate locations. Ensure this mount is orientated
horizontally as per diagram.
