Method / Step:
1. The installation of the drawer slide is very simple, but some
details need to be taken care of, otherwise the drawer installed
later cannot be used normally. The drawer slide can be divided
into three parts: the outer rail, the middle rail, and the inner rail. As
shown below
2 When installing the drawer slide rail, the inner rail needs to be
removed from the main body of the drawer slide rail. The method
of disassembly is also very simple. There is a spring clip on the
back of the drawer slide rail. Just press it up slightly to press it.
The inner rail is removed. As shown below
5 When installing the slideway, it is recommended to assemble the
drawer as a whole. There are two holes on the track to adjust the
up and down and front and back distance of the drawer. At the
same time, ensure that the left and right slide rails are in the same
horizontal position.
6 Then install the inner and outer rails and screw the inner rail to
the drawer cabinet in the measured position (note that the inner
rail and the fixed middle rail and outer rail have the same position)
8 The other side is also in the same way, but pay attention to keep
the inner rails on both sides horizontally parallel
9 Note that if the middle and outer rails of the previous step are not
level, the card may not be pushed at this time. At this time, either
check the position of the outer rail or adjust the position of the
inner rail to the outer rail.
