USE & CARE
We have provided many important safety messages in this document and on your work bench. Always read and obey all
safety messages.
This product is intended for indoor use only.
Maximum weight limit is 50 lbs (22.5 kg) for each drawer.
Maximum weight limit is 300 lbs (136 kg) for the cabinet.
To clean wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediatly.
You can be killed or seriously injured if you don’t follow
instructions.
All safety messages will tell you what the potential hazard is, tell you how to reduce the chance of injury, and tell you what
can happen if the instructions are not followed.
This is the safety alert symbol.
This symbol alerts you to potential hazards that can kill or hurt you and others.
All safety messages will follow the safety alert symbol and either the word “DANGER” or “WARNING.”

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove cabinet from packaging. Place cabinet flat on
its back with cabinet DOORS (C) facing up and verify
contents.

Insert the LOCKING BAR (J) into the channel located at
the sides of the top sid of the CABINET (B).

6. To secure, insert the LOCKING PINS (F) into the holes in
the channel as illustrated below. Repeat the process on
the other side.
Place cabinet in upright position. Expand side walls by
pulling front of cabinet away from rear of cabinet.
BEWARE OF TIPPING
WARNING! Becareful not to pinch fingers when
opening cabinet.
Lower the bottom shelf until the sides of the shelf engage
the side wall shelf supports (Illustration A).

Note that the front lip of the shelf should come over the
front lip of CABINET (B) as shown below (Illustration B).
Attach the CASTERS (E) by threading into holes located in
the four corners of CABINET (B).

For stablity, casters must be screwed until indicated marks.
We suggest screwing in two LOCKING CASTERS (E1) in
front section corners, and screw in two SWIVEL CASTERS
(E2) in back section corners.

Finish. Dispose of / recycle all packaging materials.

To insert the DRAWERS (C & D), align and insert L1 into
L2, R1 into R2, pushing together until drawers are
completely closed.
9. Place the WOOD TOP (A) onto the cabinet, using the
TORX SCREW DRIVER (I) attach the BRACKETS (K) and
PULL BAR (L) with the SCREWS (G), to each top corner
of CABINET (B).

Using the TORX SCREW DRIVER (I) attach the BUM-
PERS (O) with the SCREWS (G), to the front and back
corners on the bottom of CABINET (B).

Repeat the process for L2 and R2.

Then put DRAWER LINERS (N) in the drawer.
For smooth operation, make sure runners are properly
aligned and fully inserted.
Separate the two runners (L) and (R) into their sub-runner
components (L1 & L2) and (R1 & R2) by completely
expanding the runners and then depressing the plastic
slide lock and pullling apart at the same time (see illustra-
tion below).
Working from the top opening of the cabinet, insert the
back clip on R2 into the slot marked in CABINET (B).
Then insert the front clip on R2 into the slot marked ,
push down to lock runner into place.

Do not fully tighten the SCREWS (G) until all four
corner BRACKETS (K) have been installed.

Repeat STEP 4 for the other five small drawers (C).

Bend both sides of D1 up toward the middle, and past the
vertical position as shown.

Attach D2 to the bottom section of D1 by inserting the
three tabs on D2 through the slots located on the bottom
of D1. Lock D2 into position by bending these three tabs
forward.
Then rotate the panel D2 over the sides of D1.
Bend one side of D1 outward so that the tab on side of D2
goes through the slot on D1, then bending the tab forward
to lock into place. Repeat the process for the other side.
Confirm that all tabs are bent forward enough so that
panels are secure.

Attach D3 by sliding the ends into the channels on all
three sides of D1. Once in place, bend the five locking
tabs through the holes on D1 to secure.

Attach R1 to outside of drawer by sliding the rear slot
over tab marked , then slide the front slot over the tab
marked , pulling upward to lock into place. Repeat
these steps to attach L1 to drawer.

For the life of the product, when the cabinet is used and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the
product, Armadillo™ will pay for replacement or repair of the defective product or parts to correct defects in materials or workman-
ship.
Armadillo™ will not pay for:
1. Service calls to correct the installation of any Armadillo™ products or to instruct you on how to use or install them.
2. Damage resulting from improper handling or shipping of products, or products damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood,
improper installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification or mishandling.
3. Shipping or freight fees to deliver replacement products or to return defective products.
4. Repairs or replacement when your product is used in other than normal, single-family household use, such as a commercial
environment or handled in any way inconsistent with the installation instructions included with the product.
5. Cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, dents or cracks that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the
product.
6. Replacement parts or product for Armadillo products operated outside the United States or Canada.
7. In Canada, travel or transportation expenses for customers who reside in remote areas.
8. Any labor costs during the limited warranty period.
9. Damage resulting from improper loading beyond the specified maximum weight capacity outlined in the assembly instructions
provided with the product.
10. Surfaces damaged due to chemical interaction resulting in corrosion of paint or metal.
11. Replacement keys or locking mechanism.
12. Loss of product contents due to theft, fire, flood, accident or acts of God.

Keep this page and your sales slip (receipt) together for future reference. You must provide proof of
purchase or installation date for in-warranty service.
