Product Appearance and buttons
Operations
Power on: Press and hold on/off button for one second. The
indicative light becomes red, and after around 3 seconds turns
blue and flashes for 5 seconds.
Power off: Press and hold on/off button for 3 seconds. The red
light fast flashes three times before power off.
Note: The recorder has the function of voice activated
recording. Some slight voice may not be recorded (sounds
below 40 db). We are not responsible for the unrecorded
information or incomplete information.
Record:
The recorder will start recording automatically when no
earphone is plugged in after power on. The blue light flashes
while recording only for 5 seconds. Press ON/OFF button to
stop and save recording, Press the button again, it will restart
recording.
Push MODE button to switch recording modes. To left is long
time recording mode (recording bit rate 32Kbps), and to right
is Clear HD quality recording mode (recording bit rate
384Kbps).
The recorder will automatically save the recording file each 4
hours of continuous recording and then continue to record next
file.
Play:
Plug in the earphone after power on, the current recording file
will start playing automatically.
Push MODE switch to switch between music files and
recording files.
Press Previous/Volume up button to select last file. Press and
hold the button to increase volume. Press Next/Volume down
button to select next file. Press and hold the button to decrease
volume.
Setting time:
1. Connect the recorder to the computer USB.
2. Enter the folder named “SetUDiskTime” under the
removable disk directory.
3. Double click the program named “SetUDiskTime(9X).exe”,
and then the time of the recorder will be in sync with your
computer system time.
Charging:
Connect the recorder to a computer or other device for
charging. When charging the red light flashes. When fully
charged, the indicative light stays red. It can continuously
record for around 26 hours once fully charged.
(Note: When power is low, the red light flashes. Please stop
recording and charge the recorder in time.)
Recordings while charging
Press and hold on/off button for one second. The indicative
light becomes red, and after around 3 seconds turns blue and
flashes for 5 seconds. Connect the recorder to a computer USB
port. In this period TOTO384C will audio record at the
selected quality and recharge the battery in the same time until
the internal memory is full.
Reset:
Push a needle in the little hole near to the little headphones

Precautions:
! Removing the USB stick without first logging it off from
the computer can cause irreparable damage to the gadget.
The electric tension that is exchanged between these 2
connected devices, burns the USB stick circuit when it's not
safely removed
1. Do not place the recorder in high temperature, wet or dusty
locations.
2. Avoid strong vibration or shocks while using the recorder.
3. Backup the data regularly onto your computer to avoid data
loss which may be caused by improper operation, the recorder
damages or other special situations.
4. We are not responsible for the recording failures which
caused by improper operation, the recorder damages or other
special.
5. If the recorder doesn’t respond during using, press and hold
ON/OFF button for about 8 seconds to reboot.
6. Do not disassemble, open or repair the recorder by yourself.
Backup your data before sending for repair service. We are not
responsible for the data loss which caused by maintenance or
other special.
7. We are not responsible for the disputes, claims arising from
voice recording without permission.
