General Description:
The Secure-Entry Metal Gate from Summer Infant is hardware-mounted
and helps you create and maintain a secure environment for your child in
most locations. It is suitable for use at the top or bottom of the stairs.
Special hardware allows you to install it so the hinged swinging door opens i
only one direction, away from the stairs. The easy-to-use one-handed latch is convenient if your hands
are full. The gate is fully adjustable to fit openings from 28” to 54” wide and mounts 30” tall. Child
resistant latch keeps gate secure. High quality metal construction provides an extra measure of strength
and security. Easy to maintain and complements any home décor. Even works in doorways with
baseboards.

Installation: Hardware mounted gates are meant to be a safety device. Therefore, the consumer
should plan on about an hour for proper installation. A template is provided in the
packaging to make the installation as easy as possible. Please refer to instruction

Maintenance: • Regularly check spindle lock nuts to make sure the gate is securely in place.
• Do not use the gate if any components are damaged or missing.
• Wipe surface with a damp cloth or sponge using mild detergent and warm water.
