Instructions Nugget Ice Agitator Installation

Agitator Removal

1. Disconnect or shut off power supply to

Ice Beverage Dispenser and Ice Maker.

Failure to do so may cause electrical

shock or injury.

2. Remove Ice from Beverage Dispenser

Bin.

3. To remove the agitator, unfasten the pin

from agitator. Pull pin out of agitator

and paddle wheel. (See figure 1)

4. Push agitator towards the back of the

unit, farther into the white agitator

bushing. (See figure 2-A)

5. Pull and move the agitator to the side,

removing the agitator from the white

bushing and the unit. (See Figure 2-B)

MD Spiral Nugget Ice

Agitator Installation

1. Insert the end of the agitator into the

agitator bushing. Push the agitator into

the bushing far enough to allow the

agitator to pass the end of the paddle

wheel. (See Figure 3)

2. Insert agitator shaft into motor shaft,

align holes and insert retaining pin

(See Figure 4)

3. Insert split ring to hole on end of

retainer pin. (See Figure 5)

Note:

The Ice Level Management Kit (Part

Number 5028738) should be installed at

this time.
