To make a call
Dial Extension number or 9 and external number
To end a call
Hang-Up receiver or press the Release Key
To transfer a call
While the caller is on the line, Dial extension number or 9 and external number when
answered press the transfer key on your screen
To cancel a transferred call
While transferring a call, press release key followed by the line key (flashing music
symbol) to retrieve the caller.
To hold a call
Press the Hold key on your screen
To retrieve a held call
Press the Line key (music Symbol) on your screen
DTMF Key
If you are answered by an Auto Attendant (i.e.; Press 1 for…Press 2 for…) you must
press the or DTMF on your screen to enable you to use the touch-tone feature.
Redialing
Press the redial key once for last number redial. Press and hold the redial key for 2
seconds for your redial list (last 10 numbers).Use your navigator key to scroll through
10 numbers.When you find the number you wish to call press the OK key to call.
Call Back
Upon receipt of a busy tone, press the call back key on your screen and release.

DIVERTS
This phone is normally used as a reception / switch phone and the diverts on this
phone will control the main lines ringing into your company.
To Divert all lines to the general Voicemail
Press the F1 key
Enter the op password ( HELP1954)
Press the release key
To Un Divert
Repeat as above
To Divert all lines to another number
Press the F2 key
Enter the extension number or 9 and the external number
Enter the op password (HELP 1954)
Press the release key
DIRECTORY
Using call by name
Enter the first letter of the 1

name on your keyboard; select the name from the
displayed list using your navigator key. When you have the selected name press OK
to call.

SCREEN FUNCTIONS
On your screen you will have a welcome page, this contains a Menu, Personal and
Info page.
Menu Page;
This page contains all functions and applications accessible via the keys associated
with the words on the screen.
Personal page;
This page contains call line keys and programmable keys.
Info Page;
Contains information on the telephone and the status of its functions, name,
telephone number, number of messages, activation of transfer function,
appointment reminders, etc…
GENERAL VOICEMAIL

Select Expert
Select VMU
Select Galmbox
Record
To retrieve Voicemail
New voicemail is indicated by a flashing orange light
Press the mail key and press general mail key
Enter your password Help 1954
Press play, (caller id will appear on screen, use navigator key to select which voice
message you wish to listen to first and press the OK key.
(Use Navigator key to browse between your options)
Press Play to listen to message
Press Call to call the Number of the voice message
Press Clear to delete message
Press send copy to forward a copy of message to another mailbox
To save message, hang up
To retrieve Text messages (missed calls)
New txt is indicated by a flashing orange light
Press mail key
Press Read Txt (this will give you the status of the missed call)
Select the txt you wish to read by using your navigator key
Press OK to select the missed call(this will show you the callers number)
(Use navigator key to browse between your options)
Press Call to ring missed call
Press Clear to delete missed call
Press Read more to see the time and date of the missed call
Press save to rep to save missed call number to a key on your screen, select a free
key on your screen and add name.
OPTION 800
TO MODIFY YOUR PHONE

You will see the following options on your screen
Opt 1 – Mailbox (as above)
Opt 2 – Assistant- - internal number
- external number
- mobile number
- operator # to confirm
Your assistant may be used to re-direct your calls by giving the above options to your
caller .
Opt 3 – Phone - Ringing to change ring tone
- Contrast to change screen brightness
- Jack is headset mode on/off
- Force Headset
Opt 4 – Options
- To change password
- To change language
- Homepage (to change the view of your screen)
Opt 5 – Keys (40 programmable keys)
- Select a free key
- Enter Name press OK
- Enter Number (9 for external) press OK
These keys may be used as Speed Dials
