1. SAFETY
9 Inspect the goggles frequently as a pitted or scratched face shield reduces vision and should be replaced immediately.
8 DO NOT use if any part of the goggles is cracked or broken.
8 DO NOT place this product on a hot surface.
9 Ensure that the goggles are in place before entering the hazard area.
2. INTRODUCTION
Shade 5 deluxe welding lens with indirect ventilation in goggle frame. Suitable for gas welding. Conforms to EN 175 & EN 169.

4. ASSEMBLY
NOTE: It is imperative that the goggles t well and comfortably for the user or else slippage and discomfort may arise.
4.1. Adjust the headband by pulling/loosening the headband through the buckle.
5. USE
5.1. Ensure goggles t comfortably over eyes. Protection will only be oered if the goggles are tted correctly.
5.2. The frame when in contact with the skin may cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals. If this is the case doctor’s advice
should be consulted.
8 DO NOT apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self adhesive labels except in accordance with manufacturer.
5.3. The housings of these eye protectors provide less protection against impact than the lens.
5.4. These goggles may transmit impacts to eyewear enclosed by the goggles.
6. CLEANING & DISINFECTION
6.1. Rinse in 1% solution of mild detergent and dry with a soft cloth.
8 DO NOT use abrasive cleaners
7. MAINTENANCE
7.1. The goggles should be periodically inspected and cleaned.
7.2. If the lens becomes damaged or scratched the goggles should be replaced.
8. STORAGE
8.1. Store in a bag or case out of direct sunlight, away from chemicals, away
from hard and abrasive substances, in a clean dust free environment.
Use original bag for transportation if possible.
9. SHELF LIFE/EXPIRY DATE
9.1. Under normal circumstances the goggles should oer adequate protection
for 5 years.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of
disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging should
be sorted, taken to a recycling centre
and disposed of in a manner which is
compatible with the environment. When the
product becomes completely unserviceable
and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if
applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according
to local regulations.
