• USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION

Removeallofthecontentsfromthecarton.Seetheimportantnotesabove.Removetheoldxturefromthewall,includingtheold

mountingstrap.

1.Takemountingstrap(A)fromthepartsbag.Mountingstrap(A)containsseveralpairsofthreadedholes.Findthepairofholesthat

matchesthespacingoftheholesonthejunctionboxandyourxture’sbackplate.

2.Pullthehousewiresthroughthecenterofmountingstrap(A),andplacemountingstrap(A)overthejunctionboxsothatthetabson

mountingstrap(A)arecenteredatthetopandthebottom.Placethebackplateuptomountingstrap(A)toensurethatthescrewholes

on the tabs match the hole locations on backplate (F).

3.Securemountingstrap(A)tothejunctionboxwithmountingscrews(D)andascrewdriver.Tightenthescrewssecurely.

CLEANING TIPS

Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down

the xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture.

CONNECTING THE WIRES

4.Haveanassistantsupportthexture’sweightwhilecompleting

thewiring.Refertothewiringdiagramandattachthexture’s

wirestothepowersupplywiresfromthejunctionbox.Connect

HottoHot,NeutraltoNeutral,andGroundtoGround.Twist

theendsofthewirepairstogether,andthentwistonawire

connector.Makesurealltwistsareinthesamedirection.Ifthere

isnohousegroundwirecomingfromthejunctionbox,locate

groundscrew(E)onthemountingbracket/mountingstrapand

wrapthexture’sgroundwirearoundthegroundscrew.Usea

screwdrivertotightenthetopofgroundscrew(E)ontothewires

andintothemountingbracket/mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresinto

thejunctionbox.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION

5.Placebackplate(F)overmountingscrews(A)andmountingstrap(B).

6.Securebackplate(F)tomountngstrap(B)bythreadingdecoscrews(H)intothesidesofbackplate(F).

7.Installlightbulbs(notprovided)inaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.Donotexceedthemaximumwattage.

8.Carefullypushglassshades(I)upoverthebulbandsocket.Securetheshadeinplacebytighteningscrews(J)intotopcap(J).

9.Yourinstallationisnowcomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
