cannot be returned to Katun

In order to submit a valid warranty claim, the product, where possible, needs to be returned to the Katun
®
Warranty
Claims Department in its original packaging. All warranty claims submitted to Katun
®
must be accompanied by a
completed Customer Choice warranty claim form. The customer will select the desired warranty option on the form:
(a) Technical Evaluation / Replacement: the product will be examined (including, if required, visual, electrical or
functional testing) to determine the validity of the claim. Within a reasonable period upon receipt of the product, the
customer will be issued with a report containing the test results. If the warranty claim is upheld, the customer will be
issued with a replacement of the product submitted product.
(b) Technical Evaluation / Crediting: research and reporting will be conducted in a manner identical to that indicated
above. If the claim is upheld, the customer will be credited with the amount due.
(c) Automatic Replacement: A replacement of the submitted product will be issued to the customer automatically. The
test results or test reports will not be disclosed to the customer. To be eligible for an automatic replacement, the
product must be returned to Katun
®
within ninety days of its purchase date.
ls In the event that no option has been indicated, your claim will be considered pursuant to the procedure described in
section a. This warranty will be void in the event that the defect has been caused by damage resulting from an accident,
improper use, improper transportation, neglect, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions or advice to repair or
