Terms of payment and ordering information

Terms of payment

The standard terms of payment include: payment within 30 days of the invoice date. However, until your application has

been approved, orders will only be shipped upon payment in advance or C.O.D..

In case of payment in advance, Katun

will issue you with a 2% discount. Katun

will calculate the discount amount and

inform you of the total amount at the earliest possible time. Your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of your

payment.

You may also chose to settle your invoices periodically by direct debit. Katun

®

offers all customers paying by direct debit

within 7 days of the invoice date a discount of 2%. Payment by direct debit will require your signed authorization. To

receive an authorization form, please contact our credit department.

Products may only be returned upon prior consent from the vendor. Please contact the Customer Service Department

(phone: +31 (0) 183-696969 for the proper procedures and an authorization code.

• All Toner, toner cartridges and digital duplicator inks and master and donor rolls issued with personalized labels

cannot be returned to Katun

outside the warranty period.

• Returns will only be accepted until 90 days after purchase, excluding returns under warranty or subject of a

claim thereto.

• Packaging which has been marked or written on, relabeled or repackaged, cannot be returned.

In order to submit a valid warranty claim, the product, where possible, needs to be returned to the Katun

®

Warranty

Claims Department in its original packaging. All warranty claims submitted to Katun

®

must be accompanied by a

completed Customer Choice warranty claim form. The customer will select the desired warranty option on the form:

(a) Technical Evaluation / Replacement: the product will be examined (including, if required, visual, electrical or

functional testing) to determine the validity of the claim. Within a reasonable period upon receipt of the product, the

customer will be issued with a report containing the test results. If the warranty claim is upheld, the customer will be

issued with a replacement of the product submitted product.

(b) Technical Evaluation / Crediting: research and reporting will be conducted in a manner identical to that indicated

above. If the claim is upheld, the customer will be credited with the amount due.

(c) Automatic Replacement: A replacement of the submitted product will be issued to the customer automatically. The

test results or test reports will not be disclosed to the customer. To be eligible for an automatic replacement, the

product must be returned to Katun

®

within ninety days of its purchase date.

ls In the event that no option has been indicated, your claim will be considered pursuant to the procedure described in

section a. This warranty will be void in the event that the defect has been caused by damage resulting from an accident,

improper use, improper transportation, neglect, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions or advice to repair or

alteration by anyone other than Katun
