ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Carefully unpack and lay out all the parts as shownin illustration.

2. Adjust swivels (A) to adjust the base to

the desired position.

3. Place shade (C) onto socket (B).

Tightly screw ring (D) to secure the shade (C).

Uses (1) maximum 40WATT, Type “B” Bulb

(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives
