ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TA10839

1. Place the base (E) on a level surface.

2. Remove the socket ring (D) from the socket (A).

3. Place the shade (E) over the socket (A) and replace

the socket ring (D) securing the shade in place.

Uses (1) maximum 25WATT, Type “B” Bulb

Or (1) maximum 13Watt CFL Bulb

(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Wipe with a dry cloth only. Do not use abrasives.
