pricesofthegoodswhichareprovidedtobedefective.Thewarrantyandremediessetforthhereindonotapplytoany
goodsorpartsthereofwhichhavebeensubjectedtomisuseincludinganyuseorapplicationinviolationoftheSeller’s
instructions,neglect,tampering,improperstorage,incorrectinstallationorservicingnotperformedbytheSeller.In
ordertopermittheSellertoproperlyadministerthewarranty,theBuyershall:1)NotifytheSellerpromptlyofanyclaim,
