INFORMATIONS
The Eurosmoke Ice System has been created to produce low fog with CO2 gas.
This is the reason why this machines requires the use of a CO2 Bottle
(version TP with Diving Tube)
The production of this machine is made according to the current European Norms

Make you sure you know about local laws, regulations, security rules and dangers matching with the use of
CO2.

Use one or several CO2 level detectors, according to the way your system is designed.
Make sure that the CO2 detectors (accuracy) are checked regularly by the manufacturer.

SETTING UP AND IGNITION
1) Installation of the machine :
- Choose the best position in respecting the below instructions:
- Use a stable support because the strength of the shoots generates backwards
shakings.
2) Proceed to the connection of the pipe as follows : (see pictures)
When you connect the high pressure pipe, respect the following instructions:
- Use rubber (Teflon) to avoid any leaking problems.
- Do the same when you connect he pipe to the CO2 Bottle. The CO2 Bottle connector is a
special screw for high pressure gas. Make sure it’s tightened correctly.
2) Open the co2 gas bottle and check there’s no gas leaking. If anything leaks, unscrew
the female screws, add some more Teflon rubber on male connectors and screw again tightly.
PS : you do not need to pressure, the CO2 gas is used only to cool the smoke that will remain
on the ground. To reduce the consumption of CO2 gas, it is advisable to adjust the flow using the
manual valve
IMPORTANT RECOMANDATIONS
Do not keep the System under constant pressure
Open the co2 gas bottle , just before using the Eurosmoke Ice System
after each utilisation , close the gas bottle and degas the high pressure pipe
to avoid useless consumption and any blocking of the solenoid valve

3) Connect the Eurosmoke Ice system to the 220 volts (standard electricity) and the machine in
respecting the below informations

Attention:
Reduce the flow of your smoke
generator from 30 to 50 % to
facilitate the cooling of the smoke
to the advantage of the low fog effect

Very important: to proceed to the stop of the machine, it is necessary to close at
first the gas cylinder CO2 and to purge the high pressure pipe by activating the
command several times to free the gas being prisoner in the pipe. Only later,
proceed to the dismantling of the HP pipe
3) The CO2 is a gas that generates high constraints because of the high level of pressure and because of
its extremely low pressure. Sometimes the system may be fixed because of cold and gas is not
released when you press the remote. In this case, wait a few minutes for the frost to disappear (inside
the metal box). You can then use the system normally and produce Low Fog .
4) As indicated the previous recommendations, we advise you, because of the CO2 dangerous side, to
use a detection system that checks the level of CO2 in the air and that turns an alarm on when air is
too concentrated.
It is usually advised to install the detector next to the bottle of CO2 and one other detector cloth to
the CO2 jets arrival place. We keep available for you a complete documentation on CO2 detection
system called ANALOX.

IMPORTANT
- The machine is designed for adult use only. Install away from children.
Never use the machine without any responsible person watching for public security
- Install in an airy space. To allow sufficient ventilation, leave a free space around the machine.
DELIVERY & INSPECTION
- Open the package box or cardboard, and make sure that any of the parts have been damaged during
transport.
