The!m ost!fragile! parts!of!tempered!glass!panels!are!the!corners.!Therefore,!it!is! critical!you! have!the!rubber! blocks!in!place!so!the!glass!never!touches! the!

tile!surface!you!are!installing!onto.!!P leas e!m a ke!s ure!th e!g lass!is!always!on!blocks!while! out!of!the!packaging!prior/du ring! install.!We!have !p ro vid ed !so m e!rub b er!

blocks!as!part!of!the!install!kit!but!you!can!use!wood,!cardboard!or!other!rubber!products!to!protect!against!breakage.!

Silicon!is! not! provided! as! part! of! the! install!kit,! this! will!need! to! be! purchased! separately.!W e! recommend! using! clear,! mold! resistant!silicon! which! be!

purchased!at!your!local!hardware!store.!

Install&Door&Pa ne l&&

1.! Attach!the!hinges!to!the!door!panel.!

a.! Ensure!you!have!the!hinges!plac ed !in !th e !c or rec t!d ire c tio n ,!th e!s c rews!to!fix!to!t h e!wall!are!alw a ys !

placed!on!the!inside!of!the!shower!enclosure.!

b.! Lightly!tighten!each!screw!with!the!allen! ke ys!provided!so!the!hinges!are!lightly !secure!on ly.!!

i.! TIP:#Center#each#hinge#to#the#cutout#allowing#some#space#to#adjust#the#height#of#the#door#panel#

once#installed.#

2.! Attach!the!door!handle!to!the!door!panel.!

i.! IMPO R T A NT:#Ensure#the#handle#is #firmly#attach e d .#

ii.! TIP:#Most#DIY=ers#won’t#have#professional#suction /vac uum#equipmen t#to#lift#the#glass,#so#this#is#

why#we#recommend#attaching#the#door#handle#first#so#when#lifting#the#glass#you#have#something#

secure#to#hold#onto.##

3.! Set!the!door!panel!in!place.!

a.! Place!the!rubber!blocks!provid ed !on!the!ground!1!½!inches!from!each!edge!of!the!panel.!

b.! Carefully!place!the!door!panel!on!the!blocks!ensuring!the!door!panel!is!level!and !th e !ve rt ica l!gap!

between!the!door!and!wall!is!even.!

i.! TIP:#Realistically,#you#will#need#the#glass#sitting#a#little#higher#(1/4”#=#5/16”#is#preferable#to#su it#

the#door#sweep #prov ided) .#It#is #recom mend #cutting#some#pieces#of#the#honeycomb#packaging#

that#came#w ith#you r#order#to#jack#the#glass#up#so#it#has#a#5/16”#gap#under#the#door.#

i.! TIP:#Use#a#tap#measure#on#both#corners#of#the#door#so#the#distance#is#even#for#the#entire#width#to#

edge#of#hob.#

4.! Mark!the!h oles!to!drill!for!the!hinges.!

a.! Once!you!have!step!3!complete,!use!a!pencil!or!marker!pen!to!mark!the!center!point!for!each!of!the!

three!holes!on !the!tw o !hinge s!atta che d!to !the!d oo r!pan el.!

i.! Remove!the!door!panel.*IMPOR T A N T :#The#most#fragile#parts#of#the#glass#p anels#are#the#corners.#

Please#make#sure#you#have#the#glass#up#on#blocks#or#sitting#on#the#packaging#provided#w hile#

doing#this#next#step.!

5.! Drill!the!holes!for!the!hinges!on!the!wall.!

a.! Drill!holes!from!step!4!using!a!¼”!tile!drill!bit!and!put!in!the!wall!plugs!provided!using!hammer,!be!

careful!not!to!crack!the!tiles. !

6.! Set!the!door!back!in!place.!

a.! Place!hinges!over!their!respective!holes!and!drill!the!screws!in!place!so!they!are!firmly!secure.!

i.! IMPO R T A NT:#All#three#screws#are#required#for#each#of#the#hinges.#

b.! Using!the!allen!key,!firmly!secure!the!hinges!to!the!door.!!Tighten!these!as!hard!as!you!can!

c.! Remove!any!rubber!blocks!or!packing.!

d.! Gently!swing!the!door!to!make!sure!the!glass!is!not!binding!anywhere!and!is!swinging!freely.!

e.! Apply!the!door!sweep!provided!to!the!bottom!of!th e!do or!p an el!to!pre ven t!any !wa ter!lea kag e!from !

under!the!door.!Please!make!sure!the!bottom!of!the!doo r!is!very!clean! an d!dry!before!installing.!!To!

install!the !sweep,!rem o ve!the!red!backing!tape!and!press!the!sticky!part!of!the!sweep!firmly!to!the!

bottom!of!the!door.!
