ONE
1. REMOVE THE LOADBIN OF THE VEHICLE.
2. ENSURE ALL HARDWARE AND COMPONENTS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR.
3. USE CAUTION WHEN WORKING TO AVOID ANY UNNECESSARY FORMS OF DAMAGE.
4. PLACE ALL COMPONENTS ON A PROTECTIVE SURFACE TO AVOID DAMAGE.

1. REMOVE ANY WIRES FROM THE BOLTING POSITIONS WHERE THE CHASSIS RAILS WILL BE MOUNTED.
2. RE USE THE FRONT TWO SCREWS THAT HELD THE LOADBIN IN PLACE.
3. PLEASE SEE IMAGE DEPICTED BELOW TO VIEW THE 6 MOUNTING PONTS.

THREE
1. PLACE THE RUBBER MOUNTING PADS, ON TOP OF THE MOUNTING POSITIONS.
2. PLACE THE 20MM SPACER PLATES ON TOP OF THE RUBBER MOUNTING PADS ON THE TWO REAR
MOUNTING PADS.
3. PLEASE SEE IMAGE BELOW.

FOUR
1. LIFT THE RSI SMART TRAY AND PLACE IN POSITION TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT STEP.
2. A LIFTING HOIST IS RECOMMENDED WHEN LIFTING THE RSI SMART TRAY.
3. USE CAUTION WHEN LIFTING AND WORKING WITH THE RSI SMART TRAY.
HOOK THE STRAPS IN THE SAME POSITION ON THE OPPOSITE HAND SIDE.

1. ONCE THE RSI SMART TRAY IS POSITIONED CORRECTLY AND THE MOUNTING POINTS LINE UP PROCEED
TO BOLT IT DOWN USING THE HARDWARE DEPICTED BELOW.

M10 NYLOC NUT.

SIX
1. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FUEL FILLER CAP IS POSITIONED THROUGH THE CUT OUT ON THE RAILS
OF THE RSI SMART TRAY.
2. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO KINKS OR BENDS IN THE FUEL FILLER PIPE, AS THIS WILL BE A
PROBLEM WHEN FILLING UP WITH FUEL.
3. THE FUEL FILLER CAP WILL NOT BE BOLTED TO ANYTHING.
ENSURE THAT THE FUEL FILLER PIPE IS FREE OF ANY KINKS OR BENDS, PUSH
THROUGH CUT OUT ON MOUNTING RAILS ON THE RSI SMART TRAY.

SEVEN
1. ONCE THE RSI SMART TRAY HAS BEEN SECURELY BOLTED DOWN, PLUG THE TAIL LIGHTS INTO THE
MAIN VEHICLE POWER SUPPLY USING THE WIRING HARNESS.
2. TEST ALL LIGHTS AND IMMEDIATELY REPORT A PROBLEM.
