The installation of this upgrade version may require a license key from a qualifying product. Please review the table below

Installing on the same computer:

FileMaker Pro 12 (until Sept 23, 2016)
Install FileMaker Pro 15
• You will be asked to enter your FileMaker Pro15 Upgrade
License Key, found on the license key card inside the box.
Or, if you are installing the software using an electronic
download, find your license key via the instructions in
your order confirmation email.
• The Installer will detect the existing installation of a
qualifying product, and will complete the installation.
• Qualifying software installed.
• FileMaker Pro 15 Upgrade License Key
Installing on a new computer:
FileMaker Pro 14
FileMaker Pro 13
FileMaker Pro 12 (until Sept 23, 2016)
Install FileMaker Pro 15
• You will be asked to enter your FileMaker Pro15 Upgrade
License Key, found on the license key card inside the box.
Or, if you are installing the software using an electronic
download, find your license key via the instructions in
your order confirmation email.
• After failing to find the qualifying product, the Installer
will require the entry of a qualifying product’s license key,
and will complete the installation.

Acquire the correct FileMaker Pro 15 License Key, then
install FileMaker Pro 15
• Visit store.filemaker.com, and choose “Help with License
Keys.” Upon payment of the incremental cost towards a
full version, you will receive a new License Key which will
enable you to finish your installation.
• FileMaker Pro 15 Upgrade License Key
• Valid credit card: VISA, MasterCard or
American Express (where accepted)
