The Intention of this Bulletin is to inform you that the Main PCB and the 40A PCB for the 100A and 120A units have
been updated in order to cope even better with any input power loses that may occur while cutting.
All the 100A and 120A units after serial number 05573924, date of manufacture 11/13/09 will have these changes
already implemented. The specification and functionality of the machines remains the same but the Main PCB and the
40Amp PCB will have to be replaced at the same time for units manufactured before 11/13/09.
If the old boards are not replaced as a pair, the following can happen:
* No Pilot Arc
* Very bright 50A Pilot Arc (which may be reflected in poor consumable parts life)
* Low output Power ( less than requested )
This is not a product recall but just a confirmation of our continued commitment to improve the Thermal Dynamics
