Safety Information
CAUTION: This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other). This is a safety feature intended to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug fits in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not completely fit in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless the polarized plug can be fully inserted into the
extension cord. Do not alter the polarized plug.
CAUTION: Consult a qualified electrician if you have any
electrical questions.
