Registration Complete
Your registration is now complete. You will need to sync your device to remove the registration warnings on your device.
You can also search the course nder to see if the courses you play are already pre loaded on your uPro Go. Find cours-
es is covered in the next section, section 1.7 Searching for Courses.
NOTE: If you do not sync after registration you will continue to receive registration warnings on your device during
play.
1.7 Searching for Courses
Using our course search you can search our database of courses to check whether a course has been mapped or not.
You can also check whether a course is already pre loaded on your uPro Go or if there is an update available.
1.7.1 Pre Loaded Courses
Your uPro Go has been with thousands of courses from our database. However we are continually releasing new courses
and updated courses so you will want to check our course database for your favorite courses before you play to make
sure you have the latest course information.
From the left hand side navigation, click Find Courses. Enter the search criteria that you would like to use. For broad
results enter one eld, for more ne tuned results enter more than one eld. Click “Search” Figure 15
You should have search results based on the criteria you entered on the previous screen. If the search results did not dis-
play what you were looking for, you can edit the search at the top of the search results using the Quick Search Bar or click
“Start New Search” See Figure 16.

Checking what’s on your uPro Go
Once you have located the course and/or courses in your search results, you will then be able to identify if the course is
pre loaded and current on your uPro Go, if it’s pre loaded and has an update, is not on your uPro Go, or is not mapped.
The below images, Figure 17, will show you what each status looks like.
If the status is On My Go, that means the course is pre loaded on your device and is current.
If the status is “Update Region”, that means that the course is either on your device and is not current, or it is not on your
device and is now available.
If you want to update a region, after you click the “Update Region” button it will change to “Ready to Sync”
If the status is request, that means the course has not been mapped. You can request the course to be mapped by click-
ing the “Request” button.
Course Updates
While you are searching through courses, you may see buttons next to a course that say “Update Region”, Figure 18. If
you would like to update any course from that region, click the “Update Region” button that will mark all of the courses in
that region as “Ready to Sync”. Once you sync, all new courses in this region and course updates will be downloaded to
your uPro Go. When you are through searching the course database, you will need to sync. See section 1.8 for informa-
tion about syncing.
Course Requests
If a course is not mapped, you will see a “Request” button for that course listing. By clicking the request button you will
have requested the course. Courses are mapped with a priority system. If we have imagery available we will map the
course as quickly as possible. You can visit My Course Requests in your user account at any time to check the status of a
course request. Figure 19.

1.8 Syncing your Callaway uPro Go
Once you are ready to sync, go to the My uPro Go page. You can access this page, by clicking My uPro Go in the left side
navigation. Once you are on this page, you can manage which regions you would like to update on your uPro.
Navigating the My uPro Go Page
The My uPro Go page is broken into three major sections, the Sync Summary, Quick Sync Options, and the Available
Regions. Figure 20
Sync Summary Figure 21
The sync summary gives you a summary of the selected regions that you have selected to update on your uPro Go. You
can remove regions for update by clicking the X next to the region name. Below the list of regions to be sync’d is the
estimated sync time for the selected regions. This is an estimate and will vary based on your internet connection and your
computers conguration.
NOTE: Any regions that you have selected to update from the course search results will be marked to sync on this
page.

NOTE: You will still need to click Sync Now for the uPro Go to update.
Quick Sync Options Figure 22
This section gives you the option to quickly select from the most common sync selections. There are three available op-
tions to choose from:
Update Home Region - this will update your home region only. Your home region was determined during registration
based on the address you provided.
Update United States - this will update all states in the US that have updates and/or new courses available.
Update All Courses - this will update all regions in our database that have updates and/or new courses available.
Available Regions Figure 23
The available regions section gives you a list of all regions that are available for your uPro Go. You have the ability to pick
and choose which regions you would like up to update. The United States has all 50 states plus the District of Columbia
broken out into individual regions to make the sync time shorter for the states. For all other countries, syncing the entire
country will give you all courses that are mapped and available in that country.
To select a region for updates, click “Update Region” This will ag that region and all available courses in that region for
update on your uPro Go. It will change from “Update Region” to “Ready to Sync”
To unselect a region for updates, click “Ready to Sync” and that will change it back to “Update Region”. The region will no
longer agged to be update on your uPro Go.
If the region says “Up To Date” it means there are no course updates or new courses available for that region.

Ready to Sync
Once you have determined the regions that you would like to update, you are ready to sync. You should see a Sync Now
button in the middle of the page. Once you click this button this will start the sync process. The sync time will vary from
computer to computer depending on your computers conguration and speed of your Internet connection. The estimated
sync time can be used as a guide for the length of your sync.
Once the sync has started your uPro Go page will reect a syncing status, Figure 24. This will continue to update through
the sync process and provide updates as it continues to sync.
Figure 23: My uPro Go - Available Regions
NOTE: If you want to make any changes to your device preferences, you should do that before syncing. The updates
will be transferred to the uPro Go during sync. You can also update device preferences on your device.

On the sync program, you will also see messages giving you the status of the sync. This will continue to update as the
sync progresses. Figure 25
IMPORTANT: Do not disconnect your uPro Go until you are instructed to do so by the sync program. It is normal
for the uPro to be unidentied and identied again by Windows or Mac OS. There is no need to respond to Win-
dows messages during this process.
During the sync you may notice that the website and sync program have reported the same status for a period of time.
This is normal, DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR DEVICE. If you disconnect your device, anything that has been updated
on the device will be lost and the sync will have to be started again. Figure 26
Once the download is complete, the sync program, website, and device will display sync complete messages, Figure 27.
At this time you can now disconnect your device from your computer. The screen on the uPro Go will prompt you to power
your uPro Go off. After you power your uPro Go back on, you will be able to access the updated and new courses on your
uPro Go.
