5. OPERATIONS AND FUNCTIONS
1. Power on / Play/Pause (PLAY)
1. Press this button to play automatically when power is connected.
2. During playback, press this button to pause. Press again to play continuous.
3. This button included the function of recharge battery (detail see the BATTERY RECHARGE
PROCEDURE)
NOTE: It the LCD display appear the battery icon and without blink. It represents that the batteries not
enough power, please exchange new batteries.
2. Delete/Stop I Power OFF (STOP)
1. During playback, press this button to stop the playing.
2. Press the button again to turn OFF the power.
3-4. Skip forward/backward (skip function) (FB/FF)
Rapid toward/backward (search function)
1. During playback, press the buttons to select the last or next track,
2. When the unit is stopped, press the buttons to select the devise track. After 2 seconds, it will play
automatically.
3. During playback, press the FF or FB keys continuously. The TV display will appear “FORWARD X
1” or “BACKWARD X 1”. Press the key again to select Xl, X2, X3, X4 time and the player will play
the disc fast backwardly or fast forwardly respectively. Press PLAY button to return to play normal
speed.

The button to select the different motion in CD, MP3 and VCD.”
1. Press the first time to REPEAT 1: Repeat to play the single track.
2. Press the second time to REPEAT ALL: Repeat to play the whole disc continuously.
3. Press the third time to RANDOM: To play randomly.
4. Press the fifth time to play normally.
6. Edit / Menu Return for VCD (PROG/PBC)
1. Edit the CD and MP3
a) The player could edit when stop to play. Press the button to show “00-P00” in the LCD
display. Enter the track number now to edit.
b) FF and FB to select the track. Press FF to increase 1 track. Press FB to decrease 1
track,
c) Press this button again to confirm. The LCD display will appear the total edited tracks
d) Repeat the above a-c steps to edit other track. Maximum to edit 20 tracks
e) Press PLAY button to play.
f) Press the button to cancel the playing when playing the edited tracks
g) Press STOP button to cancel the edit when editing
2. During playing VCD, press this button to select the PCB ON and PCB OFF
7. Pre-set EQ / R-L-Stereo Channel (EQ/L-R)
1. During playback, press each short-time, the LCD display will appear classic, Rock, Jazz, pop and
standard in sequence.
2. Hold a while first time to select the left channel. The LCD display will appear “MONO L”
3. Hold a while second time to select the right channel. The LCD display will appear “MONO R”
4. Hold a while third time to select the stereo channel. The LCD display will appear ‘STEREO”
8 Electronics Shock Protection / Select track for MP3 / PAL-NTSC dual-system
video output (P/N) (ESP/DIR/P-N)
Anti Shock Protection system is saved the syllabic to memory into the play procedures. When the player
is in shock state, the play stops, but the player will hold the memory of that shock period to play from
memory after shock is over. The player contain super anti shock mechanism to avoid skip it the player
change the speed of playing under the shock. CD has 35-40 seconds anti-shock and MP3 has 75-100
seconds anti-shock normally
1. When playing CD, this button is used to turn on or OFF the Anti Shock Protection system
2. When playing MP3, the Anti Shock Protection will turn on automatically. This button could select
the track
3. When playing VCD, this button is used select the TV system (PAL or NTSC). The TV display will
appear the system (PAL or NTSC)
4. This button under MP3 mode, press the button one time to increase 10 tracks in each time.
Notes:
• When playing CD, you can change the system of Anti Shock Protection. Regarding the speed of
CD, the music may be cut at 1-2 seconds.
• To start Anti Shock Protection, the CD will move faster to save the syllabic. The noise of the CD
movement may be increased.
9. Keys Lock / Hold (HOLD)
1. Slide the HOLD button to right side to turn on the HOLD function. The HOLD function prevents
the following:
a. Powering on/OFF the unit accidentally
b. Play being cut OFF unexpectedly in the middle of a selection.
