This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
ONLY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN IS ALLOWED TO PERFORM ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS TO
THE APPLIANCE.
KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN.

CONSIDER WORK AREA ENVIRONMENT.
Do not expose electrical appliances to rain. Do not use electrical appliances in damp or wet
locations. Keep work area well lit. Do not use electrical appliances near the presence of

GUARD AGAINST ELECTRIC SHOCK.
Always make sure that the power supply corresponds to the voltage and frequency specified on
the rating label. Avoid body contact with earthed surfaces such as pipes, radiators, cooking
ranges, refrigerators etc.
KEEP CHILDREN AWAY.
Do not let visitors touch the appliance or its cord. All visitors should be kept away from work
area.
STORE IDLE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
When not in use, electrical appliances should be stored in a dry, high or locked-up place, out of
reach of children.
DO NOT FORCE THE APPLIANCE.
It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended.

USE THE RIGHT APPLIANCE.
Do not force small tools or attachments to do the job of a heavy duty tool. Do not use tools for
purposes not intended.
DRESS PROPERLY.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery; they can be caught in moving parts. Rubber gloves and
non-skid footwear are recommended when working outdoors. Long hair should be tied up.
ALWAYS WEAR EYE AND EAR PROTECTION.
Also wear a respirator or a dust mask if the operation is dusty.
KEEP GUARDS AND SAFETY DEVICES IN PLACE AND IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
Do not use the appliance without guards or safety devices, if such exist.
USE DUST EXTRACTION EQUIPMENT.
If the appliance can be connected to a dust extraction or collection facilities, ensure that they
are properly connected and used.
DO NOT ABUSE THE CORD.
Never carry the appliance by the cord or yank it to disconnect it from the socket. Keep the cord
away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
AN EXTENSION CORD SHOULD NOT BE USED UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
In such case, make sure that the extension cord and its plug match the appliance cord and plug
by type, size, shape and other qualifications, and that the extension cord is properly wired and
in good condition. Do not use extension cord with diameter smaller than 2,5 mm2 or length
longer than 20 m, otherwise the motor may be damaged.
SECURE WORK. USE CLAMPS OR A VICE TO HOLD THE WORK.
It is safer than using your hand and it frees both hands to operate the appliance.
DO NOT OVERREACH.
Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
MAINTAIN TOOLS AND APPLIANCES WITH CARE.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance. Follow instructions for
lubrication and changing accessories. Inspect the cord periodically and if damaged have it
repaired by an authorized service center. Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if
damaged. Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES ALWAYS WHEN NOT IN USE AND BEFORE
INSTALLING, SERVICING, ADJUSTING, MOVING AND CHANGING ACCESSORIES.
REMOVE ADJUSTING KEYS AND WRENCHES.
Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the
appliance before turning it on.

Application range
This tile cutter is designed for wet cutting of plates, tiles, bricks, cement, cobblestones and
marble with a diamond wheel. Do not exceed the rated capacity. Do not modify the machine.
Do not use the machine for cutting wood or metal. Use the machine only according to this
manual.

PRIOR TO USE
SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Place the machine on a solid and slide-proof surface.
-
Check all the protection and safety devices before use.
-
Check that the diamond cutting wheel is intact and can rotate freely. Do not use a worn or
defect wheel.
-
Check that the voltage on the nameplate matches the existing voltage.
-
Check that there is enough water in the tub so that the cooling water pump is under water
and that the wheel does not touch the hose or cord.
-
Use only recommended diamond cutting wheels for wet saw.
-
Always saw towards the stop.
-
Do not use any object to make the wheel stop faster. Let it slow down itself!
-
Unplug the machine always after use.
-
Even if the machine is used according to the manual some residual risks remain. Be aware of
them and try to avoid them.
-
Thrown objects and splashes can cause a danger. Wear safety goggles.
-
Risk of hearing impairment. Wear ear protection.
-
Risk of injury to fingers and hands. Wear protective gloves.
-
Risk of injury to fingers and hands. Keep hands and other parts of your body at a
distance of at least 10 cm from the rotating wheel.
Assembly
For technical packaging reasons, your machine is not
fully assembled.
1. Take the machine out of the packaging and place it
on the floor very carefully. If any part is missing or
damaged, contact your dealer immediately.
Dispose all packing material according to local
regulations.
2. Introduce the legs (3) into the base frame and fix
them with butterfly nuts (Fig. 3, A).
3. Set the machine on its legs.
4. Install the handle with 2 cross-recess screws (Fig. 4,
B) on the motor casing. Note: The handle can also
be mounted on the opposite side.
5. Place the tub (4) in the base frame (2).
6. Place the cooling water pump (14) in the tub (4).
7. Fill with water until the pump (14) is completely
filled with water (Fig. 4)
8. Pull out the pin of the transport lock (Fig. 5, 13).

OPERATION
ON/OFF switch
1. Start the machine by pressing the I button of the ON/OFF switch (17).
2. Before using the machine let the wheel reach full speed. Wait also for the cooling water
pump (14) to pump water to the cutting disc.
3. Switch off the machine by pressing the O button of the switch (17).
90° cutting
1. Loosen the wing bolt (C).
2. Set angled stop (6) to 90˚ and tighten the wing
bolt (C) again.
3. Tighten the wing bolt (D) to fix the angled stop.
4. Push the machine head (1) towards the rear by
the handle (11).
5. Place the tile on the stop rail (7) at the angled
stop (6).
6. Start the machine.
7. Caution: Wait for the cooling water to reach the
cutting disc (10).
8. Push the machine head (1) slowly and evenly by
the handle (11) forward through the tile.
9. Switch the machine off after reaching the end.
45° diagonal cutting
1. Set angled stop (6) to 45°.
2. Carry out cutting as described above.
45° longitudinal cutting
1. Loosen the star knob screw (E) on both sides.
2. Slant guide rail (8) at the left to 45˚ of the angle
scale (18).
3. Tighten the knob screw (E) again.
4. Carry out cutting as described above.

MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance
Caution: Unplug the machine from its power source before maintenance.
1. The machine should be cleaned after each use.
2. Replace worn out cutting wheel.
3. Replace damaged protection device.
4. Dust and pollution must be removed regularly from the machine. The best way to clean the
machine is with a piece of cloth or soft brush.
5. All moving parts must be lubricated regularly.
6. Never use corrosive substances to clean plastic parts.
7. The tub (4) and water pump (14) must be cleaned regularly to move dirt as otherwise the
cooling of the diamond cutting wheel (10) is not guaranteed.
Transport
Caution: Unplug the machine before moving or transporting.
To transport the machine set the machine head in front and engage the locking pin (13).

Changing diamond cutting wheel
Caution: Unplug the machine from its power source
before changing the wheel.
1. Loosen the 2 bolts (F) and take out the saw blade
protection (20).
2. Place the wrench (21) on the motor shaft and keep it
there.
3. Loosen the flange nut in the running direction of the
cutting wheel (10) with the wrench (22).
4. Remove the outer flange (23) and the wheel (10).
5. Clean the supporting flange carefully before installing
the new wheel.
6. Insert the cutting wheel in the reverse order. Make sure
that the wheel is appropriately fixed.
7. Put the saw blade protection (20) back in position.
Caution: Pay attention to the running direction of the
cutting disc!
