Table sawing
- When you use the machine as a table
saw, press the lever (B) down and
turn the table until it snaps into
place.
- Loosen the wing bolt (C).
- The riving knife cylinder (D) has two
grooves and it can be set to two posi-
tions.
- Use the lever (E) that is in the handle
of the machine and locks the saw
blade protection.
- Pull the saw blade protection up-
wards and mount the riving knife.
Tighten the wing nut.
Note: make sure that there is enough
space between the riving knife and the
blade.
27
- Turn the screw (D) as much as possible
so that the saw part folds down.
- Use the lever (F) and turn the table until
it is in the right place.
- When you push the saw blade protec-
tion button (B), blade protection is at-
tached to the riving knife.
- If you do not use dust collector, you can
place the dust bag under the table.
- Work supports (D and E)
The machine is now ready for use as
table saw.
Cutting and mitre sawing
Push the lever (F) down in order to release
the table. Now you can flip over the table.
Attach the table appropriately.
Push the orange button (G), turn it and
release. Now you can adjust the blade
with the lever (H).
- Adjust the riving knife with the wing nut
(N). The riving knife has to be moved to
the right as shown in the picture so that
it is parallel with the blade.
- Use different groove than with table
saw.
- Set the height adjustment to the maxi-
mum level by turning the height ad-
justment screw (I) to the right (in the
opposite than when used as a table
saw).
- Attach the dust collector hood (J) under
the table. Fix it first with the hooks un-
der the table and then with screws (K)
to the opposite side. If you do not use a
dust collector, attach the dust bag to
the outlet.
The machine is now ready for cutting
and mitre sawing.

SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- All safety and protection devices must be properly installed before the machine is used.
- Never process wood pieces that are too small to be held properly.
- Saw blade must rotate unrestricted.
- When sawing processed wood, note that it may contain nails, screws or other metallic
objects. Remove all foreign objects from the wood before sawing.
- Before switching the machine on make sure that the saw blade is properly fixed and the
moving parts of the machine move unrestricted.
- Note: If you are uncertain, consult a professional about the correct installation.
OPERATION
Setting the angle
Saw angle 0–45˚ can be read on the scale. Set the angle with the arrester (H) and by tilting
the saw. Adjust the saw blade setting by loosening the screw (J) and turning the saw.
Switching on and off
To turn on the machine, press the green switch ”I”.
Switch off the machine by pressing the red ”O” button.
The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button.
Cutting
Place the work support at the desired distance from the blade. Place the work piece against
the work support. Place the flat or wide side horizontally on the sawing table. ATTENTION:
Keep always a sufficient safety distance to the blade.
29
Bevel cuts
Fix the work piece with a clamp as shown in the picture. Set the desired angle with the ar-
rester. Make sure that the riving knife is parallel with the blade. Tighten the arrester. Start
the machine and start cutting by pushing the blade carefully downwards.
Skew cuts
Install the work support for mitre sawing in the desired groove and set the desired angle.
Start the machine and move the work piece carefully towards the blade using the work sup-
port. ATTENTION: Always secure the workpiece. Never secure the workpiece on that part
that is cut off.
Adjustment of the riving knife
The riving knife can be set to two different positions. In order to obtain maximum grooving
capacity, the riving knife is set to the lowest position, which limits the maximum depth of cut.
Distance between the table and upper end is approx. 10 cm. In order to obtain the maximum
depth of cut, the riving knife is set so that its top is no more than 2 mm above the highest
tooth tip of the saw blade. Set the riving knife so that the closest point is between 3 and 8
mm away from the saw blade.
Loosen the riving knife screw and move the knife according to the chosen sawing type.
Tighten the screw.

- Unplug the machine before any maintenance.
- Clean the plastic parts with a moist cloth.
- Do not use cleaning products, solvents or pointed objects for cleaning.
- Remove dirt on the table surface with proper cleaning spray.
