T500 & T700 Series
QUEEN MARY CLEAN DISH TRANSPORTERS
(Aluminum)
CONSTRUCTION...All aluminum
construction; heli-arc welded to form a
solid unit. Framework constructed of
1.75” x 1.75” x .100” wall Queen Mary
tube (tube with 3/4” radius to the outside
of the unit).
SHELVES... Constructed of .080” sheet
aluminum reinforced with 1.25” x 1.25” x
.070 wall tubing. Shelves are flanged
down on all four sides and have marine
edges.
PUSH HANDLE... Full width aluminum
push handle, welded to upright supports
an mounted at swivel end of cabinet.
BUMPER... Full perimeter bumper;
alluminum channel with non-marking grey
vinyl insert.
CASTERS...Four 8” diameter plate
mounted casters; two swivel and two
rigid.

T600 SERIES QUEEN MARYS
CONSTRUCTION...Constructed of 16
gauge stainless steel with all edges
turned down and seamed. Reinforced at
the front, back and center with stainless
steel channels. Uprights constructed of
11 gauge stainless steel angle uprights;
welded to base frame and every shelf.
BASE FRAME... 1” x 14 gauge square
steel tubing with steel caster pads
completely welded to form a solid one-
piece frame.
SHELVES... Reinforced stainless steel
shelves. T600 has shelves flanged down
1.5” on all four sides. T610 has 1.5”
flange up on three sides and down on
one side. T660 has 4” flange up on three
sides and down on one side.
PUSH HANDLES... Two full width 1”
diameter stainless steel tubular handle,
welded to uprights at both ends of cart.
BUMPER... Full perimeter wrap-around
bumper with non-marking grey vinyl insert
set in stainless steel frame. Entire
bumper assembly bolted to chassis.
CASTERS...Four 8” diameter heavy-duty
casters; two swivel and two rigid. Plate
mounted and bolted to frame in off-set
wheel-ahead pattern.

D2000 CLEAN DISH TRANSPORTER
CONSTRUCTION...Constructed of 16
gauge single wall stainless steel with
polished exterior. All seams turned in to
eliminate raw edges. Entire cabinet heli-
arc welded to form a solid unit.
DOORS... All stainless steel doors with
viewing holes and padlock provision to
secure valubles.
HINGES... Heavy-duty 12 gauge
stainless steel strap hinges, bolted and
welded to doors and cabinet.
BASE FRAME... 1” x 14 gauge square
steel tubing with steel caster pads
completely welded to form a solid one-
piece frame.
SHELVES... Reinforced stainless steel
shelves. Heli-arc welded to cabinet side
walls and back.
PUSH HANDLES... Two full width 1”
diameter stainless steel tubular handle,
welded to uprights at both ends of cart.
BUMPER... Full perimeter wrap-around

set in extruded aluminum frame. Entire
bumper assembly bolted to chassis.
