INSERT Instructions
The Command Access CYLP-UL-M-KIT is a field-installable motorized latch-pullback kit for the Corbin
4000/5000 & Yale 7000 series devices.

Step 1-
Select your preferred torque mode (ships in standard torque) Press the device push pad to
the desired setting. (Recommend to fully depress and release 5%, giving the device room for
changing door conditions.)
Step 2-
While depressing the push pad, apply power. (i.e. presenting the credential to the reader).
Step 3-
Continue to keep pad depressed, the device will beep 6 times. After the beeps have stopped, release
the pad and now the adjustment is complete. If not to your liking repeat the 3 steps.
Step 4-
Once you found the correct location, turn PTS switch to OFF position.

> 30V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
< 20V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
After 1st fail: 5 beeps then immediately attempts to retract again.
After 2nd fail: 5 beeps with pause in-between for 30 seconds then device
attempts to retract again.
After 3rd fail: 5 beeps every 7 minutes, device will not attempt to retract.
To Reset: Depress bar for 5 seconds at any time.
Device is recording it’s new position and power mode after
the 6th beep.
4 Beeps Failed Sensor Verify all 3 sensor wires are installed correctly. Replace sensor if problem
persists by contacting oce.

Acme Thread
Installation Instructions
Slide o Filler plate.
1.
Install attaching bracket to the rod on the bottom
of the back activating bracket.
3.
Using the 1/16” Hex wrench secure the 1st set
screw to secure the bracket to the device.
5.
Refer to this picture for the next 2 steps.
4.
Use the 2nd set screw to set the height of the
attaching block. You want the block to be level.
6.
If dogging assembly is present, remove (2)
screws and discard dogging assembly.

Cylindrical housing
Slide the motor mount into the device. Feed the
acme thread into the cylinder clockwise.
7.
Connect your 8’ lead (CAT retrot) or you can remove
the VD connector to hard wire take stripped wire end
and push into the push & go connector.

Hook up to power & set your PTS.

Slide the ller plate back on to re-install

Continue feeding the acme thread until the holes on
the motor mount line up to the existing dogging holes.
Next, install the (2) screws provided.

Next, plug in the push & go connector into
the MM4S.
