The equipment is supplied with a power cable with plug so it doesn’t need a particular installation.
The equipment must be connected to a current tap V.230 +T.
The warm cabinet is used to keep warm brioches, cakes, pizza etc.
There is a thermostat 0-90°C.
On the position “0” the equipment is OFF.
Turn the thermostat knob on the position desired ,a warning light come on till the temperature
is arrived.
The best temperature for the preservation of new products is 35°C.
Under the bored shelf of the warm cabinet there is a little tank which must be filled up
with water to keep humidity inside.
The data plate is near the electrical cable and lists all the data deeded for connecting up to
the mains.

toutes les données nécessaires au branchement.

genügt, diesen in eine geerdete Steckdose zu stecken.Das Gerät ist an eine geerdete Steckdose
anzuschliessen, 230 V + E.
Dieses Gerät dient zum Warmhalten von Brioches,Pizzas, Brötchen usw.
Der Thermostat ist von 0-90°C regulierbar Auf der Stellung “0” ist das Gerät ausgeschaltet.
Wenn der Knopf des Thermostaten nach rechts gedreht wird leuchtet die Kontroll-Lampe solange auf bis die
gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist.
Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist ind die Kontroll-Lampe erlischt,schaltet der Thermostat beim
Absinken der Temperatur automatisch wieder ein.
Die ideale Temperatur für die Warmhaltung von frischen Produkten ist 35°C .
Unten im Sockel der Vitrine,unter dem gelochten Bodenblech,befindet sich ein Wasserbehälter.
Wenn Wasser eingefüllt wird, wird Luftfeuchtigkeit produziert, welche in den innenraum der Vitrine gelangt.

den Anschluss notwendigen daten.
