®
Overshelf System for Hot Food Tables to
consist of 10˝- or 15˝-wide 16/304 stainless steel shelves with
tapered collars, adjustable in 1˝ increments. Shelves come with
split sleeves. Posts are stainless steel, with mounting plates
included. Optional stainless steel pot hooks, pot and ladle
racks, and heat lamp brackets are available.

operations when versatility is needed.
• A unique custom-style overshelf system utilizing
standard components.
• Shipped knocked-down.
• Custom sizes available.
Overshelves
• 10˝ and 15˝ (254 and 381mm) shelf widths can be
intermixed on same posts.
• Adjustable height in 1˝ (26mm) increments for flexible and
accurate shelf placement.
• Split sleeves and tapered collars for easy assembly.
• 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel. 14/304 available upon
request.

• Mounting plates included.
• Calibrated in 1˝ (25mm) increments.
• Comes in pairs. 2-well to 5-well units require two pairs of
posts. 6-well units require three pairs of posts.
