Returns Procedure
Whiteside Manufacturing has a 90 day material & workmanship policy.
For items that are believed to be defective Whiteside will credit the part cost and the freight
charge if the defective is considered valid by their inspection team. Please call Whiteside
Customer Service at #740-363-1179 for an RGA # before sending the item in for inspection.
All returns after 90 days from the date of purchase will be considered invalid and not
accepted.
