das Gerät ist CE- und GS-geprüft und entspricht somit den Anfor-

derungen der geltenden europäischen und nationalen Richtlinien.

Die Konformität wurde nachgewiesen; die entsprechenden Erklärun-

gen und Unterlagen sind beim Hersteller hinterlegt.

Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb

sicherzustellen müssen Sie als Anwender diese Bedienungsanlei-

tung beachten!

Bestimmungsgemäßer Einsatz

Das Netzteil ist zum Anschluss an Netzspannung im Bereich von

100 bis 240 V~ 50/60 Hz vorgesehen. Am Ausgang kann eine stabi-

lisierte Gleichspannung in sieben Stufen angewählt werden. Dem

Netzteil liegen 6 verschiedene Adapter bei, die für die gängigsten

Kleinspannungsverbraucher bzw. Laptop´s geeignet sind. Die Aus-

gangsspannung ist von 15V, 16V, 18V, 19V bis 20V Gleichspannung

(DC) mit einem Ausgangsstrom von 6,0A bzw. von 22V bis 24V mit

5,0 A Ausgangsstrom, über einen Stufenschalter einstellbar. Die

Stromaufnahme des Verbrauchers darf 6,0A bzw. 5,0A (je nach

Spannungseinstellung) nicht überschreiten.

Eine Überschreitung führt zur Überlastung des Netzteiles; bei einer

Überlastung des Netzteiles z.B. durch Kurzschluss oder zu hohe

Dauerstromentnahme, wird der Ausgang zurückgeregelt.

Durch die Schaltnetzteiltechnologie wird ein hoher Ausgangsstrom,

bei kleiner Baugröße und geringem Gewicht erreicht.

Ein Betrieb unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen ist nicht zulässig.

Widrige Umgebungsbedingungen sind:

• Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit

• Staub und brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel.

Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor beschrieben, führt zur Beschädi-

gung dieses Produktes, außerdem ist dies mit Gefahren wie z.B.

Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischer Schlag etc. verbunden. Das

gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden! Die

Sicherheitshinweise sind unbedingt zu beachten!

nungsanleitung verursacht werden, erlischt der

hinweise verursacht werden, übernehmen wir keine

• Dieses Gerät hat das Werk in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreien

Zustand verlassen.

Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb si-

cherzustellen, muss der Anwender die Sicherheitshinweise und

Warnvermerke beachten ("Achtung!" und "Hinweis!"), die in die-

ser Gebrauchsanweisung enthalten sind. Folgende Symbole gilt

es zu beachten:

• Netzteile und Zubehör gehören nicht in Kinderhände!

• In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungsvor-

schriften des Verbandes der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaf-

ten für elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel zu beachten.

• In Schulen und Ausbildungseinrichtungen, Hobby- und Selbsthil-

fewerkstätten ist der Umgang mit Netzgeräten durch geschultes

Personal verantwortlich zu überwachen.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass ihre Hände, Schuhe, Kleidung, der

Boden und das Netzgerät unbedingt trocken sind.

• Beim Öffnen von Abdeckungen oder Entfernen von Teilen, außer

wenn dies von Hand möglich ist, können Spannungsführende

Teile freigelegt werden.

• Vor einem Öffnen, muss das Gerät von allen Spannungsquellen

getrennt werden.

• Kondensatoren im Gerät können noch geladen sein, selbst wenn

das Gerät von allen Spannungsquellen getrennt wurde.

• Schalten Sie das Netzteil niemals gleich dann ein, wenn es von

einem kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wird. Das dabei

entstandene Kondenswasser kann unter ungünstigen Umständen

Ihr Gerät zerstören. Lassen Sie das Gerät uneingeschaltet auf

Zimmertemperatur kommen.

• Die Anschlussleitung am Netzteilausgang darf nicht verlängert

werden. Es dürfen nur die beiliegenden Kleinspannungsadapter

verwendet werden.

• Das Netzteil erwärmt sich bei Betrieb; Achten Sie auf eine ausrei-

chende Belüftung; das Gehäuse darf nicht abgedeckt werden!

• Wenn anzunehmen ist, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr

möglich ist, so ist das Gerät außer Betrieb zu setzen und gegen

unbeabsichtigten Betrieb zu sichern. Es ist anzunehmen, dass ein

gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, wenn:

- das Gerät sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist,

- das Gerät nicht mehr arbeitet und

- nach längerer Lagerung unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen oder

- nach schweren Transportbeanspruchungen.

• Beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise in den einzelnen Kapi-

teln bzw. in den Bedienungsanleitungen der angeschlossenen

Geräte.

Dépannage

Avec ce bloc secteur universel pour laptop, vous avez acquis un

produit fiable et disposant d’une grande sécurité de fonctionnement.

Il est toutefois possible que des problèmes ou des pannes survien-

nent.

A cet emplacement, nous souhaitons vous décrire comment dépan-

ner vous-même d’éventuelles pannes :

Vérifiez les caractéristiques techniques

du consommateur

Respectez impèrativement la polaritè et la hauteur de la

tension de sortie. Une polaritè incorrecte ou une ten

sion trop èlevèe dètruisent l´ appareil è lectrique raccor-

dè. En cas d´incertitude, contactez un spècialiste.

Eufichez le connecteur de sortie choisi dan s le consommateur que

vous voulez utiliser.

Veillez à ce que le consommateur soit désactivé pendant le rac-

cordement au réseau d’alimentation.

Entretien / élimination des éléments usés

Hormis un nettoyage occasionnel, le bloc secteur universel du lap-

top ne demande pas d´entretien.

Utilisez un chiffon propre, non pelucheux, sec et antistatique pour

nettoyer l´appareil.

Contrôlez régulièrement la sécurité technique de l’ap-

pareil en vous assurant par ex. de l’absence d’endom-

magements au niveau du boîtier.

Une réparation doit être effectuée uniquement par un technicien

spécialisé. La garantie expire en présence de modifications réali-

sées de manière arbitraire sur ou dans l’appareil.

Si le bloc secteur ne fonctionne pas, bien que l'alimentation (tension

du secteur) soit en ordre de marche, ou s'il n'est plus possible de le

réparer, il convient de procéder à son rejet conformément aux pres-

criptions légales en vigueur.

Inbetriebnahme

Anschluss des Netzkabels

• Entfernen Sie alle Kleinspannungsverbraucher vom Netzteil

• Stecken Sie das beiliegende Kaltgeräte- Netzkabel in den Kaltge-

räteanschluss (2).

• Verbinden Sie nun den Schutzkontakt-Stecker mit einer haus-

haltsüblichen Schutzkontakt-Steckdose.

• Nach erfolgtem Anschluss leuchtet nun die rote Betriebsanzeige (1)

Einstellen der gewünschten Ausgangsspannung

ACHTUNG! Nur im stromlosen Zustand die Ausgangsspannung

umschalten! Betriebsspannung der Verbraucher beachten! Achten

Sie ebenso auf eine saubere Einrastung des Umschalters im jeweili-

gen Spannungsbereich!

• Stellen Sie am Umschalter (3) die gewünschte Ausgangs-Gleich-

spannung ein; Die Pfeilmarkierung zeigt den jeweiligen Bereich an.

Anschluß der Kleinspannungsadapter

Stellen Sie den für Ihre Anwendung passenden Kleinspannungsa-

dapter (5) fest und verbinden Sie ihn mit dem Netzteil. Aus Siche-

rheitsgründen ist eine Verpohlung des Kleinspannungsadapters (5)

nicht möglich. Der mittlere Pin ist immer + (Positive Pin-Polarität).

Beachten Sie unbedingt die Polarität und Höhe der Aus-

gangsspannung. Falsche Polarität oder zu hohe Span-

nung führt zur Zerstörung des angeschlossenen Elek-

trogeräts. Sollten Sie nicht sicher sein, kontaktieren Sie

einen Fachmann.

Stecken Sie den gewählten Ausgangsstecker in den zu betreiben-

den Verbraucher.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Verbraucher uneingeschaltet mit

dem Steckernetzgerät verbunden wird.

Wartung / Reinigung und Entsorgung

Bis auf eine gelegentliche Reinigung ist das Universal-Laptop-Netz-

teil wartungsfrei.

Zur Reinigung des Gerätes nehmen Sie ein sauberes, fusselfreies,

antistatisches und trockenes Reinigungstuch.

Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die technische Sicherheit

des Gerätes z.B. auf Beschädigung des Gehäuses.

Eine Reparatur darf nur durch eine Fachkraft erfolgen. Bei eigen-

mächtigen Änderungen oder Reparaturen am oder im Gerät, erlischt

der Garantieanspruch.

Ist das Netzteil trotz intakter Spannungsversorgung (Netzspannung)

nicht funktionsfähig bzw. nicht mehr reparierbar, so muss es nach

den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsorgt werden.

Behebung von Störungen

Mit dem Universal-Laptop-Netzteil haben Sie ein Produkt erworben,

welches zuverlässig und betriebssicher ist.

Dennoch kann es zu Problemen oder Störungen kommen.

Hier möchten wir Ihnen beschreiben, wie Sie mögliche Störungen

leicht selbst beheben können:

• Respectez également les consignes de sécurité contenues dans

Mise en service

Raccordement d’un cordon secteur

• Débranchez tous les consommateurs de très basse tension du

secteur.

• Enfichez le cordon secteur de la prise de courant fourni dans le

branchement de la prise de courant (2)

• Branchez à présent la fiche de prise de courant de sécurité à la

prise de courant de sécurité.

• Après connexion, l´indicateur de fonctionnement s´allume en rou-

ge (1).

Réglage de la tension de sortie souhaitée

ATTENTION ! Commuter la tension de sortie uniquement quand la

source est coupée ! Tenez compte de la tension de service du

consommateur! Veillez aussi à ce que le commutateur s´enclenche

bien dans la plage de tension respective !

• Réglez sur le commutateur la tension continue de sortie souhai-

tée ; un marquage fléché indique la plage respective.

Connecteur des adaptateurs de très basse ten-

sion

Fixez le connecteur de sortie de secteur qui est approprié à votre

application et branchez le connecteur de sortie (5) approprié sur

sectuer. Pour des raisons de sècuritè, une inversion de la polaritè du

connecteur de sortie (5) est immpossible. La broche centrale est

toujours + (polarité pin positive)

• Dans les écoles, les centres de formation, les ateliers de loisirs et

de réinsertion, l’utilisation d’appareils alimentés par secteur doit

être consciencieusement surveillée par un personnel qualifié pour

cette tâche.

• Veillez impérativement à ce que vos mains, vos vêtements, le sol

et le bloc d’alimentation soient toujours secs.

• L’ouverture des capots ou la dépose de pièces risquent de mettre

à nu des pièces sous tension sauf lorsqu’il est possible d’effec-

tuer ces procédures manuellement.

• Avant d'ouvrir l'appareil, il faut le débrancher de toutes les

sources de tension.

• Les condensateurs de l'appareil peuvent cependant même être

chargés lorsque l'appareil a été déconnecté de toutes les sources

de tension.

• Ne jamais mettre le bloc d’alimentation en marche immédiate-

ment après qu’il ait été transporté d'un local froid dans un local

chaud. L’eau de condensation qui se forme en pareil cas risque,

le cas échéant, de détruire l'appareil. Attendez jusqu’à ce que

l’appareil ait atteint la température ambiante pour le brancher.

• Le câble de connexion à la sortie du bloc secteur ne doit pas être

prolongé. Utiliser uniquement les adaptateurs de très basse ten-

sion fournis.

• Le bloc secteur se chauffe durant le fonctionnement ; veillez à

assurer une ventilation suffisante ; le boîtier ne doit jamais être

recouvert !

• Lorsqu’un fonctionnement sans risque de l’appareil n’est plus

assuré, il convient de le mettre hors service et de le protéger

contre toute mise sous tension involontaire. Un fonctionnement

sans risque n’est plus assuré lorsque :

- l'appareil est visiblement endommagé,

- l'appareil ne fonctionne plus et

- après un stockage durant une période prolongée dans des

conditions défavorables ou

- suite à de sévères contraintes liées au transport.

Introduction

Dear customer,

This appliance was CE and Gs-tested and thus meets the require-

ments of the valid European and national guidelines.

The conformity was proven and the corresponding declarations

were deposited with the manufacturer.

In order to maintain this condition and ensure safe operation, you as

the user have to observe this operating manual.

Intended Use

This power pack is intended for mains connection in a range from

100 up to 240 V ~ 50/60 Hz. It is possible to select a stabilized DC

voltage in seven steps at the output. The power pack comes with 6

different adaptors suited for the most common extra-low voltage

appliances respectively Laptops. The output voltage can be adjust-

ed continuously from 15V, 16V, 18V, 19V up to 20V DC with an out-

put current of 6,0 A respectively from 22 V up to 24 V with an output

voltage of 5,0 A. The power consumption may not exceed 6,0 A

respectively 5,0 A (depending on the voltage setting).

Exceeding this leads to excess strain of the power pack. In case of

a short circuit or if the appliance consumes power over a longer

period of time, the output is reduced.

The combinational circuit power pack technology ensures a high

output voltage together with small dimensions and a low weight.

Operation under adverse conditions is not permitted. Adverse con-

ditions are:

• Dampness or excess humidity

• Dust or flammable gasses, vapors or solvents.

• Les blocs secteurs et leurs accessoires ne doivent pas être lais-

sés à portée des enfants !

• Dans les installations industrielles, il convient d’observer les

consignes de prévention d’accidents relatives aux installations et

moyens d’exploitation, édictées par les syndicats professionnels.

Le fonctionnement en présence de conditions d’environnement

défavorables est interdit. Exemples de conditions défavorables :

• présence d'eau ou humidité relative de l'air trop élevée

• poussière et gaz inflammables, vapeurs ou solvants.

Toute utilisation autre que celle décrite précédemment provoque

l'endommagement de ce produit. De plus, elle entraîne l'apparition

de risques de courts-circuits, d'incendies, d'électrocution, etc. Tou-

te transformation ou modification de l'ensemble de l'appareil est

interdite. Impérativement observer les consignes de sécurité !

In order to maintain this status and ensure safe operation, the

user has to observe the safety notices and warnings ("Attention!"

Utilisation conforme à la destination

Le bloc secteur est conçu pour être raccordé à la prise secteur entre

100 à 240 V~ 50/60 Hz. Une tension continue stabilisée peut être

choisie à 7 niveaux à la sortie. 6 adaptateurs différents sont joints au

bloc secteur, ils sont appropriés pour des consommateurs à faible

tension ou pour ordinateurs portatifs. La tension de sortie peut être

réglée via un combinateur d´une tension continue (DC) de 15V, 16V,

18V, 19V à 20V avec un courant de sortie de 6,0A ou réglée de 22V

à 24V avec un courant de sortie de 5,0A. La consommation de cou-

rant du consommateur ne doit pas dépasser 6,0A ou 5,0A (selon le

réglage de la tension).

Le dépassement de celle-ci conduit à une surcharge du bloc sec-

teur ; dans le cas d´une surcharge, par exemple par un court-circuit

ou une consommation de courant prolongée, la sortie est réglée à

nouveau.

Par la technologie du convertisseur continu-continu, un courant de

sortie élevé est atteint pour de petits modèles et un faible poids.

• Make sure that your hands, shoes, clothing, the floor and the

power pack are absolutely dry.

• When opening the covers or removing parts except where possi-

ble by hand, you may expose live parts.

• Prior to opening, the appliance must be disconnected from all

power sources.

• Condensers in the appliance may still be charged, even if the

appliance was disconnected from all voltage sources.

• Never turn the appliance on when you bring it from a cold into a

warm room. The condensation may destroy the appliance under

adverse circumstances. Leave the appliance turned off until it has

reached room temperature.

• The cable at the output of the power pack may not be extended.

Only use the enclosed extra-low voltage adaptors.

• The power pack heats up during operation. Ensure sufficient ven-

tilation. The casing may not be covered!

• If safe operation can no longer be assured, put the appliance out

of operation and protect it from being used again accidentally!

Safe operation can no longer be assumed if

- the appliance shows visible damage,

- after long periods of storage under adverse conditions

- the appliance no longer works and

- after heavy transport strain.

• Also, observe the safety notices in the individual chapters respec-

tively the operating manuals of the connected appliances.

Putting into Operation

Connecting the Mains Cable

• Take all extra-low voltage appliances off the power pack.

• Now connect the earthed plug with a common earthed outlet.

• After successful connection, the red operating indicator lights up

(1).

Adjusting the desired Output Voltage

ATTENTION! Only switch the output voltage when the appliance is

disconnected from the mains! Observe the admissible operating

voltage! Also, make sure the changeover switch snaps properly into

place!

• Adjust the desired output DC voltage on the changeover switch.

The arrow shows the respective range.

Connection of the Extra-Low Voltage Adapters

Select the output plug (5) suitable for the application and connect it

to the item. For safety reasons, it’s impossible to change the polari-

ty of the output plug. The middle pin is always +.

Positive pin platitiy.

Make sure to observe the polarity and magnitude of the

output voltage. Incorrect polarity or overvoltage des-

troys the connected electrical lood. Should you not be

certain, contact a specialist.

Make sure that you only connect the appliance with the power

pack when it is disconnected from the mains!

Maintenance / Cleaning / Disposal

The universal laptop power pack is maintenance-free and only

needs to be cleaned now and then.

Use a soft, lint-free, antistatic and dry cleaning cloth.

Check the technical safety of the appliance at regular

intervals, e.g. for damages on the casing.

Only an expert may repair the appliance. The guarantee will be can-

celed in case of unauthorized repairs in or on the appliance.

If the appliance doesn't function despite an intact power supply

(voltage) respectively can no longer be repaired, it must be disposed

of according to the valid statutory regulations.

Troubleshooting

With this universal laptop power pack, you have purchased a prod-

uct that is reliable and safe to operate.

Still there might be problems or malfunctions.

At this point, we want to tell you how to easily remedy possible mal-

functions yourself.

Observe the safety notices under all circumstances!
