TANDEM AXLE TRAILER B-10
1.1 General
Phenom enon
There is insufficient or no service on the brakes, bearings, tyres of the B-10 trailers.
WARNING: This fail of s ervice and a djustment can lead to big human and
material damage.
Solution
Execute a regular check and service on the B-10 trailer yourself or contact a BPW certified
service center to execute it for you.
Scope
All B-10 Mobile LED walls.

Themosturgentchecksare:
• The margin on the wheel bearings must be ch ecked and adjusted every max. 2000 Km.
• The margin on the stroke of the overrun hitch must be checked every week and adjusted
if the stroke of the overrun hitch is more than 50 mm.
• The condition of the brake shoes must be checked every month
• The wheel pressure must be checked every week and has to be 4.5 bar or 65 psi.
