Appearance / Control Panel:
Battery should be fully charged before use.
Charging the Unit:
- Connect the USB cord to computer and speaker.
- Battery indicator,top right hand screen, ashes while charging.
- MicroSD Card or the USB key runs through battery life faster.
- Do not use a more than 5.4 V \ charging device to avoid
damaging the speaker components.
- ON/OFF switch is found on the left side
PLAY MUSIC
a) REAd: play music from MicroSD card /USB key
b) LINE: play music from computer or smartphone.
Plug in audio cable into device headset jack & into
speakers FM/Line in jack.

PAUSE/STOP FUNCTION
a) Pause music playing from MicrosSD or USD Key.

Troubleshooting:
- The device does not turn on: check the charge level of
battery. If it is low or null, connect the unit to a power supply.
Let it charge and try again.
a) Move away from other electronics to avoid interference.
b) Remove any connected headphones.
c) Pull the internal antenna up all the way up.
d) Install theLutema RadioWave Antenna external antenna
into the Line-in jack.

Powering/charging:
NOTE: You may experience some buzzing or feedback if you are
playing music or the radio while recharging. Should this happen,
charge the speaker separately.
- To recharge the battery:
Connect the USB cord into the computer and into the speaker.
- You’ll see the battery indicator on the top right hand corner
ashing, indicating the battery is charging.
- ON/OFF switch is found on the left side.
- You can expect one to three hours of use depending on how
you are using the speaker and the volume level.
- You’ll get maximum hours using just the FM Radio followed by
using the speaker with a smartphone. You’ll use more battery
power with the MicroSD Card or the USB Key.
- Do not use a more than 5.4 V charging device to avoid damaging
the speaker components.

Cycle though options for WaveCube Aqua:
1. LINE: Connect to computer or Smartphone to use WaveCube
as a periphereal speaker.
2. READ: Play music from the MicrosSD card or from the USB key.
3. RADIO: Play FM radio stations.
4. CLOCK: Default option when no music is being played.
There are four main control buttons:
Pause music playing from MicrosSD or USD Key/ scroll through FM
radio stations / set clock time.
Move to previous music track or radio station/ decrease hours or
minutes on CLOCK.
Move to next music track or radio station / increase hours or
minutes on CLOCK.

The WaveCube Aqua has a LED controller that will pulse to the
music. Press and hold MENU for 3 seconds to LED lighting on/o.
- Have the WaveCube speaker fully charged.
- Turn on the speaker.
- Default setting will always be the CLOCK.
- Press the MENU button once to choose the function you would
like to use:
- Connect the speaker cord into the headset option on your
Smartphone or computer.
- Plug the other end into the FM/Line in jack.
- Use MENU to choose LINE option. Music will start playing.
- Control the volume by holding down the
VOL + /
VOL + keys for a few seconds or through your
smartphone/computer controls.
- Press MENU for 3 seconds to turn LED pulse lighting on/o.
- Insert the Micros SD card or USB key into the appropriate slot.
- The speaker will automatically move to the REAd function.
- When the message NO appears on screen, this signals that the
card or key is no longer being read. Check the connection.
- Hold the VOL + / VOL + keys for a few seconds
to decrease or increase the volume.
- You can have both the MicroSD card and USB key installed the
same time, the speaker will default to whichever has been
installed more recently. To switch between the two, press the
MicroSD card to open or close.
- Press to pause music playing. A large P will appear on screen.
- Press MENU for 3 seconds to turn LED pulse lighting on/o.
- The speaker must be fully charged for this function – it uses the most
battery power as it operates independently of any computer or
Smartphone.
Use the WaveCube Aqua as a periphereal speaker with your
smartphone or computer.
Play music from either a MicroSD card or USB key.
FM Radio:

Maintaining your WaveCube Aqua:
- Pull up the radio antenna to receive the signal.
- Cycle through the MENU options until you reach the radio station
option. The last station played will be the default choice.
- Use the VOL - / VOL + to move through the
channel options. You’ll see the letter P followed by a number.
This indicates the number the station has in the channel listing.
- Holding VOL - / VOL + for 3 seconds also
decrease or increase the volume.
- To perform an automatic channel scan press for 2
seconds. The scan will start and stop automatically.
- Press MENU for 3 seconds to turn LED pulse lighting on/o.
The default setting will always be the CLOCK.
To change the time:
- Move device away from other electronics using radio waves
such as cellular phones to avoid interference.
- Remove any headphones connected to the device.
- Make sure the internal antenna has been pulled up all the way.
- Plug in the Lutema RadioWave Antenna external antenna into
the Line-in jack.
If the device fails to get a radio signal, follow
these steps:
- Press for 3 seconds until the hour begins blinking.
- Use the VOL - / VOL + to decrease or increase
the hour.
- When you’ve reached the hour you want, press to move
to the minutes.
- Use the VOL - / VOL + to decrease or increase
the minutes.

- NOTE: This speaker uses the 24-hour international clock where
13 = 1pm/ 14 = 2pm/ 15=3pm/ 16=4pm/ 17=5pm/ 18=6pm/
19=7pm/ 20=8pm/ 21=9pm/ 22=10pm/ 23=11pm/ 0=midnight.
- Clean using a slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid contact with liquids.
- Avoid prolonged exposures to extreme temperatures or
humid weather.
- Make sure that the battery is fully charged before use.
