SAFETY INFORMATION
Use this appliance only as described in the manual. Any other use is NOT recommended by the manufacturer and
may cause fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
CAUTION
• If possible, ALWAYS unplug this appliance when not in use.
• DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or aer the heater malfuncons.
• DO NOT operate any heater if it has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Disconnect power at service
panel and have heater inspected by a reputable electrician before reusing.
• Any repairs to this fireplace should be carried out by a qualified service person.
• Under no circumstances should this fireplace be modified. Parts having to be removed for servicing must be
replaced prior to operang this fireplace again.
• DO NOT use outdoors.
• This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locaons. NEVER place heater
where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
• To disconnect this appliance, turn controls to the off posion, then remove plug from outlet.
• ONLY connect to properly grounded outlets.
• This appliance, when installed, must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes, with the current
CSA C22.1 Canadian Electrical Code or follow the Naonal Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA N0.70.
• To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. DO NOT use on so surfaces, like
a bed, where opening may become blocked.
• The heaters MUST NOT be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
• ALWAYS plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. NEVER use with an extension cord or relocatable
power tap (outlet/power strip).
• There is a thermostat protecve device provide inside of unit. If the inner temperature overheats or abnormal
heang occurs, the thermostat protecve device will cut off power supply to prevent damage or risk of fire.
• DO NOT place any objects on top of insert and top air intake vents as this will cause unit to overheat and can
cause a fire.
Electrical Connecon
A 15-amp, 120-volt, 60 Hz circuit with a properly grounded outlet is
required. Preferably, the fireplace will be on a dedicated circuit as other
appliances on the same circuit may cause the circuit breaker to trip or
the fuse to blow when the heater is in operaon. The unit comes
standard with 6-. three-wire cord, exing from the rear of the
fireplace. DO NOT exceed the current rang of the current tap. ALWAYS
plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. NEVER use with an
extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
This heater is for use on 120 volts. The cord has a plug as shown
below. See illustraon for grounding instrucon. An adapter as shown
at C is available for connecng three-blade grounding type plugs to
two-slot receptacles. The green grounding lug extending from the
adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly
grounded outlet box. The adapter should not be used if a three-slot
grounded receptacle is available.

IMPORTANT: Please read and understand this manual before any assembly. Before beginning assembly of
product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with packaging contents list. If any part is missing, or if
you have any quesons, contact the service center at 1-844-455-4621.
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and posion them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing
materials and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials unl assembly is complete.
Read each step carefully before beginning any assembly and make sure you understand each step. If you are
missing a part, please call for assistance 1-844-455-4621.

Before you install
Before installing your new fireplace, decide whether you want to install your new fireplace using a surface mount or
freestanding.
Select a locaon that is not suscepble to moisture, dust and is away from high traffic locaons and things that many catch
fire or block openings such as drapes, pillows, furniture etc.
It is strongly recommended that the screws be screwed into the wall studs where possible.
If the wall studs cannot be used, wall anchors must be used.
CAUTION: Enclosed wall anchors (BB) only can be use on the concrete wall.
For the best effect install the fireplace out of direct sunlight and away from overhead lighng.
Step 1.
Remove mounng bracket (D) from back of fireplace (C) by unscrew two screws at the top of the unit.
Step 2.
Release the latches on the both side to unlock the front glass as illustrated below. Carefully pull the front glass (A)
slightly away from the fireplace (C) and set down. Then gently pull the release tab on the cable and finish
removing front glass (A).

Step 3.
Remove the base (B) of fireplace (C) by unscrewing three screws at the rear base of the unit.
Step 4.
Choose a wall locaon to aach the mounng bracket (D). Posion the mounng bracket (D) in the desired
locaon. Use a level to align the bracket and mark the four holes with a pencil.

Select the hardware appropriate for mounng bracket installaon.
Step 6.
Hang the fireplace (C) on the hooks at boom of mounng bracket (D) and push the fireplace (C) into mounng
bracket (D). Re-fasten the two screws removed in Step 1

Secure the mounng bracket (D) to wall using screws (AA) at marked stud locaons.
DRYWALL
Drill holes at marked locaons and secure the mounng bracket (D) to the wall with toggle bolts and washers (not
included).
CONCRETE WALL
Drill 5/16-inch holes at marked locaons, then insert wall anchors (BB) into holes. Secure the mounng bracket (D) to wall
using screws (AA).

Step 7.
Distribute the rocks (F) evenly in the tray of the fireplace (C).
Step 8.
Re-install the front glass (A) to the fireplace (C), and connect the mood light cable.

Power Buon
Pressing the power buon will turn ON or OFF the unit.
When the unit is in ON mode, touch control panel light will fully light up for 8 sec and then shut down if without
any others operaon including remote control.
When the unit is in OFF mode, the POWER symbol LED will Semi-bright. When power OFF, unit will be stopped,
if heater is working before power OFF the unit, fan will have 20 seconds delay to ensure heat will not be trapped
inside the unit.

Flame Brightness Seng
Press “Flame” key unl FL0 / FL1 / FL2 / FL3 / FL4 / FL5 shown on the display, and then press “+” key or “-” key
to adjust the flame brightness from level 0 to level 5.
Flame Color Seng
Press “Flame” key unl FC1 / FC2 / FC3 / FC4 / FC5 /FC6 shown on the display, and then press “+” key or “-” key
to adjust the flame color.
• Press the flame buon to cycle through the seng as:

Mood Light Brightness Seng
Press “Flame” key unl bL0 / bL1 / bL2 / bL3 / bL4 / bL5 shown on the display, and then press “+” key or “-” key
to adjust the mood light brightness from level 0 to level 5.
Mood Light Color Seng
Press “Flame” key unl bC1 / bC2 / bC3 / bC4 / bC5 / bC6 / bC7 / bC8 / bC9 / bC10 shown on the display, and
then press “+” key or “-” key to adjust the mood light color.

Timer Buon:
Timer Seng
Timer can be adjusted when heater is ON. It can adjusted from 0 hour (OFF) to 9 hours with 0.5 hour interval.
When TIMER is acvated, the symbol will be displayed.
When TIMER digital is 0 H, TIMER funcon is invalided. The TIMER symbol will automacally disappear
Clock Seng
For clock seng, hold the TIMER key for 5s, hour display will flashing. Push UP “+” or DOWN “-” key, Hours
seng can be adjusted. Touch the TIMER key once more, minute display will flashing. Minutes seng can be
adjusted as the same way as hours seng.
When clock is at the seng mode, hold UP (“+”) and DOWN (“-”) keys together to select 12H or 24H mode. The
unit default seng is 24H. The AM or PM symbol will automacally displayed when the 12H mode was selected.
Press the mer key can exit the seng or it will automacally exit aer 8s without any further operaon.
Heater Buon:
Temperature Seng
HEATER key is used to control ON/OFF of the heater. Push UP (“+”) or DOWN (“-”) key to to scroll through the
pre-set temperature range from 59°F (15°C) to 86°F (30°C), ON & OF (OFF). Heater will turned ON accordingly to
the set temperature. When the ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature, heater will
automacally turned OFF.
When the temperature is set at “ON”, heater will be working connuously.
When HEATER is acvated, the heater & temperature symbol will displayed.
When the heater is ON, hold the HEATER key for 3 sec; this allow the temperature unit change from °C to °F or
°F to °C. The unit default seng is °F.

CARE AND MAINTENACE
UP Buon ; Down Buon:
Control the seng of flame brightness, flame color, mood light brightness, mood light color, mer, clock and temperature .
Child Lock
Acvate Child Lock
When the unit is ON, holding the POWER buon for 10 seconds to acvate the Child Lock fucon. E3 will be displayed that
indicate the Child Lock fucon accate. All funcon keys are lcoked. When pressing any buon, E3 will be displayed that
indicate the Child Lock fucon accate.
Inacvate Child Lock
To inacvate the Child Lock funcon, holding the POWER buon for 10 seconds.
Remote Control
Funcons are same as the touch control except Child Lock, Change the temperature unit, Clock Seng and Change between
12H and 24H.
Make sure the unit is turned OFF, unplugged and the heang elements of heater are cool whenever you are
cleaning the heater.
Clean the metal trim using a water-dampened so, clean cloth. DO NOT use brass polish or household cleaners
as these products will damage the metal trim.
The motors used on the fan and the flame generator assembly are pre-lubricated for extended bearing life and
require no further lubricaon. However, periodic cleaning/vacuuming of the fan/heater and air intake/output
vents is recommended.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representave.
WARNING: Make sure the power is turned off before proceeding. Any electrical repairs or rewiring of
this unit should be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with naonal and local codes.
If repairing or replacing and electrical component or wiring, the original wire roung, color coding and
securing locaons must be followed.
WARNING: Electrical outlet wiring must comply with local building codes and other applicable
regulaons to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock and injury to persons.
WARNING: Do not use this fireplace if any part of it has been under water. Immediately call a qualified
service technician to inspect te fireplace and replace any part of the electrical system.
WARNING: Disconnect power before aempng any maintenance or cleaning to reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock or personal injury.
WARNING: During any service of this appliance, the power to the unit must be turned off. First turn the
main power switch to the “OFF” posion. Then remove the electrical plug from the wall outlet.

CARE AND MAINTENACE
Replacing the Remote Control Battery
When the remote control (E) stops operang or its range seems reduced, it is me to replace the baeries.
Note: The baeries should be removed if the product is to be le unused for a long me.
1. The baery compartment is located on the back of the remote control (E).
2. Remove baery cover from the back of remote control (E).
3. Insert 2pcs AAA baeries, ensuring the polaries of the baery match the inside of the baery compartment.
4. Re-insert the baery door.
Note:
Do not mix old and new baeries.
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbonzinc), or rechargeable (nicad, nimh, etc) baeries.
Non-rechargeable baeries are not to be recharged. Exhausted baeries are to be removed from the product.
Note: When the heater is not in use, the heater should be stored in a dry locaon, away from possible
damage. The power cord should be stored properly to avoid contact with hot or sharp objects.
Disposal of Used Battery
A baery may contain hazardous substances that could be endangering to environment and
human health.
This symbol marked on the baery and/or packaging indicates that used baery shall not be
treated as municipal waste. Instead it shall be le at the appropriate collecon point for
recycling.
By ensuring the used baery is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potenal negave
consequences for the environment and human health. The recycling of materials will help to
conserve natural resources.
For more informaon about collecon and recycling of used baeries, please contact your local municipality, your waste
disposal service or the point of sale where you purchased this item.
